The manager Craig was incredible he helped us achieve our bed goals. When we needed a different headboad Craig sorted all of this out for us with no extra charge

Excellent service at the shop- didnt feel pushed into purchasing but received very helpful advice. Delivery was on time within the time slot and they phoned me 30 minutes prior to arrival with the delivery gentleman’s name so as a lady of an older age I felt very safe. Very kind and helpful delivery team. The mattress is of high quality too. I would most certainly recommend.

Janine at benson for beds Ipswich served us at 630pm on august bank holiday Monday, shortly before closing took the time to sort us out a mattress and finance agreement. Didn’t rush us and made us feel at ease, explained everything in detail. If I needed to buy a mattress every week I’d go back to janine each time 10/10

Wonderful customer service, very helpful and considerate delivery drivers. The call 30 minutes away (on the dot) as mentioned in their emails. We received ail updates all the way along. We purchased whilst the bed frame was on offer and it's absolutely fantastic. Very happy customers.
