While we had a good in store experience, the delivery let everything down. The delivery team "couldn't" get the futon up the stairs (I managed single handedly) and the packaging / rubbish wasn't taken away.

When paying almost £3,000 for goods, this isn't the service I would expect

Well things came together well just got to get used to my new bed.

Lovely bed. Very easy to erect. Looking forward to getting onto it. Makes the room look spacious. Very happy.
