Best nights sleep
We have had our new bed for a few days now. Mammoth mattress and Divan. We have had the best nights sleep for months. From walking into the show room to accepting delivery, every part of our purchase has been perfection. Would not buy a bed from anyone else but Bensons. Thank you for everything.

The second visit we were attended to by Andrew, he was really happy we had returned to try the mattresses again. He gave us lots of advice and information. We weren’t pushed or pressured to purchase in any way.

Great experience
Andrew was very knowledgeable and informative. He was very generous with his time as we have only just started looking for a mattress so needed the whole testing experience in addition to information about the various mattresses available. An important detail he pointed out to us was the measurement of our stairs in relation to the size of mattress we need.

From the sales team to the delivery…
From the sales team to the delivery team the communication was excellent throughout. I visited a store so I could look at the items I wanted to buy. The salesperson, Louise was really helpful and patient. She talked me through the options and gave me all the relevant pricing information. She was never pushy and that gave me the impression that they wanted me to get what was right for me.
I was kept informed of the delivery timelines and was given a time slot for the date of delivery 3 days beforehand and there was an option to select a different delivery from the date agreed in store.
On the day of the delivery I was called by the delivery team around 45 minutes beforehand to say when they would arrive.
The delivery team( Lee and Jamie) were so helpful and professional, they set up the bed and head board with no fuss and cleared up afterwards.
I would definitely recommend Bensons, great service and range of products and the items are good quality at a fair price. There was also an eight year warranty with my items and the staff are wonderful.
Thank you for all your help from start to finish, it really was appreciated and a pleasure to use your company.
