All good, from the store to the delivery. Helpful and friendly staff. Folkestone.

We purchased a sofa bed at Bensons. The sales person was friendly and helpful without being pushy she left us to make a choice. When we were ready she quickly attended us and completed the sale efficiently she was professional and friendly throughout we will use that store again

We were offered to use the sleep analysis body scan to find the perfect mattress, and offered genuine advice. Payment was easy, communication was fast, and when we had issues with payment methods they were quick to help us get all sorted.

I was helped by the lovely Sam at Folkestone branch of Bensons for beds. First time buying a mattress from a shop and was dreading a pushy salesperson and feeling awkward! I needn't have worried Sam was great, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Patient as I hopped between beds making my final decision. Excellent service!
