Me and my partner came into the Falkirk showroom on Sunday with the intention of just looking at new beds. Steven approached us and asked what we were looking for and after explaining everything he helped us find the perfect bedframe for us. After that we were shown mattresses that were on sale and ended up finding one that was perfect for us. New bed and mattress for our new flat. Steven was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the service we got.

Avoid at all costs.
My mattress that I paid over £800 for has collapsed in several places after only 2 years.
I attempted to claim on the guarantee but Bensons said that becasue the slats on my bed were more than 7cm apart that I had to accept a trashed mattress.
Awful company who will try their best to weedle out of their worthless guarantee however they can. Order number:A6903476

Bed was delivered at the time stated. Two very efficient and courteous men removed old bed, assembled new bed and removed all packaging. They made the whole experience completely stress free. Great service.

Bought an electrical adjustable bed last year and this is third time it has broken down very disappointed. The adjustable function works using Bluetooth and I can’t remember being advised of that at time of purchase. They also contract out repairs and the waiting time for this service is unacceptable. Will never use Bensons again
