Calvin at Straiton Edinburgh was excellent. Asked both of us questions which led to the perfect mattress for both of us. He was professional and easy to talk to and knew exactly what he was doing. Even though he is new to the job he executed the sale perfectly and gave us time to think about what we wanted to purchase. Brilliant customer service skills.

Great buying experience
Arthur was really helpful and when I described what I was looking for knew which products might suit. Gave me plenty of time and space to try each mattress and was very accommodating in setting up a delayed delivery.
