Hannah, the assistant who dealt with us was excellent. She gave us information, allowed us to look around, test out several beds, discuss things between ourselves and invited us to seek her out when we were ready. Such a pleasant change from assistants who follow you around and don't allow time to discuss matters, leading in our case to leaving the store without making a purchase in the past.

I returned to Bensons for Beds after a buying a bed within days to buy Bedroom Furniture as Hanna made a great impression on me and her Professionalism and Welcoming Manner was second to none.
Nothing was a bother and she took her time to explain everything and showed me different ideas.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Hanna at the Straiton Store to Family and Friends.

Great customer Service
I was looking to buy a new bed for myself and my partner.
We were shown around by Stephen, he was a great balance of attentiveness while also allowing us to test the mattresses in peace. He was very knowledgable and helped us pick out a mattress and a bed frame.
He also showed us the firmness guide and helped us to find our ideal firmness for a mattress.
We were also helped by Hannah who was also very helpful and friendly during the purchasing process.

A pleasant experience
I couldn't fault them from my experience instore at both Straiton edinburgh(kev) and craigleith(hannah) to the day they delivered it. They were both helpful but not pushy and gave all details that I required without being forceful. They could answered all the questions in a nice manner. Would recommend Bensons. Bed delivered as advised and no hassel. Kept well informed .

I found a bed elsewhere so l phoned to cancel and the gentleman who l met on the shop contacted me, to see if l was going ahead with the purchase. I was surprised when l was asked to return the bed care kit, that we never took. I didn't mind the question, but when l said no we were never given one, there was not even an attempt to apologise for the miss judgement. I am disappointed
I would have never taken a kit, before the purchase.
