Charlie was very helpful, informative and extremely friendly.

From the time I walked in to the store until the time I left , Kristi the sales representative was so lovely, she was so friendly, cheery and very helpful . I walked out of the store buying a brand new mattress and sofa bed and felt very pleased with my purchases and the experience and service I had received . Kristi is an absolute asset to Benson’s Dumfries store .

I went in twice to Bensons to enquire about a bed! The member of staff I initially dealt with was very helpful with good advice especially about the mattress we eventually purchased! I went back with my husband but the member of staff I initially dealt with was not there. However we got excellent help and advice from another member of staff called Charlie who also answered all our questions and was very helpful which helped us to finally make our decision about the bed and mattress we purchased. Kristie who works in the store also helped us when it came to choosing a headboard! I came out feeling very satisfied with the helpful, friendly staff.

We found our bed and mattress shopping experience very informative. We were encouraged to take our time to try out a range of mattresses for comfort before arriving at a decision. Whilst trying there, we were given time and space without anyone watching over us as we tossed and turned which was great. It gave us a little time to talk between ourselves. We did not feel pressured into buying there and then which we liked. We enjoyed hearing personal recommendations based on the staff member’s own experiences too eg. we came away with two new pillows as a result of a recommendation
