Paul was amazing, I’d been in to enquire about a purchase and he was so helpful, not pushy in anyway as I said we’d not be buying that day. He emailed me a quote and then got in touch with me to let me know of the Easter discount. When we made our purchase he couldn’t have been more helpful, really welcoming and friendly and got us a great deal!

Warranty not worth the paper it's written on.
I purchased a bed and mattresses from benson. The matress went faulty after 18months a few emails and calls to them I was informed that the mattresses had a 5 year warranty. After a couple of months with emails bensons sent out a warranty assessor who informed us the glue had failed on an igel mattresses but he wouldn't cover it. This wasn't a cheap mattresses. Bensons were not quick at returning emails and only returned 1 phone call.

New bed and mattress
Very helpful explaining the process for ordering a new divan, headboard and mattress, as well as offering a good deal at a discount, making buying a new bed much easier.
Also offers a service for picking up the old bed and mattress so you don't have to get rid of it yourself.
