Michael at the Charlton store was brilliant, he wasn’t pushy or overly salesy. He noticed what type of mattresses we had been trying on our own and pointed us towards some alternatives. I found one within my price range that I could take home straight away, he made me feel really comfortable that I went ahead. Thank you!

Went to the branch in Charlton. Served by a very knowledgeable & friendly staff member called Michael. I explained my lower back pain problem. After some good advice I purchased a great mattress!

Go into the store - the sales people at Charlton Mike and Wendy were super helpful and it was great to try out all the options so I’m very happy with my choices - thank-you!

A very stress free experience, not hassled by staff, but available and pleasant when required. Staff member explained the details of delivery clearly.

When I walked into the store, I had no intention of buying a bed on the day. Ama who worked in the store was very patient with me and helped me make a decision about the bed I wanted. She answered all my questions without making me feel that I was wasting her time. I left the store with a smile on my face. Ama was very professional and took time to tell me about the products I was interested in to help me make a final decision. Thank you for all your help Ama.

The thing I liked about the store was that I wasn't harassed by staff while I was browsing, but when I needed someone they were there. Brilliant sales staff went above and beyond to help.

Assistant was very helpful in enabling us to buy exactly the right product we were looking for.

Also very helpful in loading the car for us.... much appreciated. Thank you.

Very irresponsible sale person. I bought mattress on 7.5.23, King size. She said that she will ask delivery man on weekday as Monday was holiday. She didn't contact me this morning. I have to call her whether she got contact with delivery guy. She said she could not contact him. Finally, I found delivery van online and informed to shop that this man will pick up and please let me know if he pick up and she said yes. But the delivery man arrive to my door without getting any call from the shop. This delivery guy that I found from online is very helpful. But still, I wanted to track the delivery process because my mattress is expensive and who will take responsibility if that man lost. After selling, that is. They don't care whatever the customer 's feeling. I won't buy again in the future at Bensons. In addition, I tried to call delivery service of your shop and no one is answering my call although I waited with repeated musical noise over 11 minutes.

My experience was a positive one. The young lady who assisted me was not pushy, was pleasant, knowledgeable about the products and overall made sure I got what I wanted to purchase right for me.

No pressure from staff, they was brilliant we brought a double mattress and two singles,

Bought a headboard, which I was hoping to pick it up from local store. Apparently customers can not do that any longer. It has to be delivered to customer’s home. And the shocking news is; the delivery charge is £40!!! This is not due to delivery being fast as the earliest delivery date given was 3 weeks after the order placed.

Straight in bought a sofa bed and was in and out in 5 minutes
