Good service from going into the store to choose my bed.Kept up to date on the progress of my bed by the manufacturers.Given a delivery date.Van drivers notified me of arrival time on the day of my delivery.l paid for the dismantleing service of my brass bed,and the recycling of my mattress.So glad l did that.The guys that did all the hard work,were efficient friendly and courteous.They tidyed up and took all packageing away.Great Service.

Buying the bed at Junction 32 retail park was excellent. Kieran the salesman was excellent, friendly and helpfull but the delivery guys not so much. Virtually threw the bed into the house, l was told it would at least be taken upto my first floor bedroom, at 86 l really struggled to get it up my stairs and assembled but got it there eventually, good quality bed.

We must have been about 90 minutes trying then spending a good amount of time on the one we chose to make sure it was right. We never felt rushed or pressured or we would have left.
