An excellent experience from start to finish
We received excellent service from the moment we walked into the shop to when we had our new mattress delivered yesterday.
The member of staff was very helpful and encouraged us to try out whichever mattresses we wanted, without rushing us - we were left to it.
Everything was explained in full and we were left in no doubt about anything.
We were kept informed every step of the way until we received our new product.
I would highly recommend this company!

Super Steve!
We were in desperate need of a new bed, Steve The Store Manager greeted us warmly, friendly but not over the stop. He gave us a chance to look around then offered us his expert opinions on what he thinks would suit us. He was knowledgeable and had great answers for everything. We had our daughter with us and he even entertained her. He offered drinks and was super patient when the card payment didnt go through straight away. He is an absolute asset to your Bury St Edmunds team. Few days later we changed our mind on our mattress for a different one and Steve got it sorted without a fuss.

Friendly and helpful, not pushy.
My partner and I had visited several stores in order to buy a mattress. Steve at Bensons for Beds, Bury St Edmunds was very helpful and friendly despite us turning up just 15 minutes before closing. He helped us find exactly the right product without being at all pushy.
