I was welcome nicely, with a smiley polite lady, she came over and asked if she could help I told her what I was looking for being I already researched the bed on their website and was taken to the one I wanted + tested it and very happy with my choice + her assistant was great. My partner and I weren't rushed or jumped on by target aiming salesmen. The lady that served us was very helpful but not at all pushy. She gave us space to make our own decision but wasn't far away to answer our questions. We bought our last mattress at Bensons. It was a bit warm at first but after a few months it seemed to cool down. Since then we've been very happy with it. That was nine years ago so its time for a change. We've not received the new one yet but we'll give it a run- in! Many thanks Peter & Emma.

Very knowledgable

Lewis at the Imperial Park branch was wonderful. He talked through my needs and budget and showed me all available options. He also worked hard to get me the best price possible. Since ordering the branch staff have been brilliant accommodating changes to order dates etc.
