The delivery experience I gave 10 out…
The delivery experience I gave 10 out of 10. The actual bed left a few things to be desired , like some of the instructions were a little confusing and they do not tell you that you must put the mattress on the bed for the Hydraulics to work . I had to call the help centre to find that out when it could have been included in the written insructions. The lining of the interior of the bed base is of very poor quality, easy to damage so be very careful. There is nothing about this product that is pre assembled so you should use a power tool not the alan key supplied. It took 3 of us 7 hours. It is not easy so if you are not handy don't try it.

Great sales lady in store that took all the time we needed to find the right mattress.
Lots of mattresses in store to try and we used the technology bed to find the type of mattress that suited our sleeping positions.
Updates about delivery via email.
Got a 2 hour slot for an arrival time.
Only negative was that the mattress arrived earlier than the time slot and this wasn't communicated to us. Luckily my husband was running late that day and happened to be in!
Very happy with our mattress so far.

we were made welcome from the moment we stepped into the store. both my wife and I are on crutches which makes moving around the store interesting to say the least. but the staff in the store made every effort to make our time in the store as hassle free as possible. the same can be said about the 2 men that turned up to deliver our new bed. both were very polite and professional. all in all a very pleasant experience.

We was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery driver was rude and very reluctant to take the new mattress upstairs. He did eventually take it up, but only after making it clear he didn’t want to and complaining about the stairs.
He also told us that we had ordered the wrong bed and implied that our house was unsuitable because the stairs were difficult.
We understand deliveries can be challenging, but the attitude and lack of willingness to help were unacceptable and really let down what should have been an exciting purchase.
