You really are supported in getting the best bed and mattress for you!
We went in to have a look at some mattresses but I was reluctant to buy one just encase we did not like it, once we got it home, especially as they cost a lot of money. Rachael, the sleep expert came and introduced herself and she explained that we could return it within 40 days if we didn’t like it. She also took us to a bed that collected information as you layed down on it, in your sleep position and it showed you what mattress would be best for you and caused less pressure on your body. We then went round and tried out many mattresses and final we found one that we really loved. Rachael made it an enjoyable and easy process and she had so much knowledge which was so helpful. We cannot wait until our new mattress is delivered.

Was made welcome as soon as we stepped inside the store. Each product was explained very well, we were given plenty of time to make up our minds. All in all, a very good customer experience.

Great selection of beds and customer service
Great selection of beds. Very helpful staff, Sheela was excellent. She offered some very good advice and brilliant communication. Keeping us updated via email and calling, ensuring we got the best offers. Would definitely recommend.

Great service both in store and delivery
We brought our otterman bed in the summer sale, great price and delivery was quick and easy. The delivery men even offered to take the boxes upstairs as they were large and heavy. Easy to put together the instructions were clear and only took aprox 30mins to assemble. Customer service in store was very good too (Mayflower Retail Park).

All round excellent customer care
From the initial conversation with the helpful sales assistant in the showroom, right through to the delivery and assembly of our bed, customer care and service was absolutely excellent. Bed is very comfortable and price represented great value for money. Would recommend Bensons without hesitation.

Mattress hunting.
We went to the mayflower retail park Benson for beds. Had been looking around but couldn't really test the mattresses out. At Benson for beds we were allowed to try out as many mattresses as we wanted. We wasn't pressured and when we did finally choose one the lovely sales guy made sure we were happy with our choice before proceeding with the sale.All
The staff were brilliant. Professional but so friendly, we even shared some biscuits while our order was being finalised. Great experience all round.
