We spent £1700 on a top of the range mattress only for it to be come faulty in less than 12 months , they sent out a engineer to see the fault , and the engineer said because it’s a mattress with a topper on it , it will never fail his test , and he has never
Failed a mattress with topper on it even though the mattress below is sagging and is faulty , so not happy with bensons for Beds in any way , we are still paying on finance for a bed mattress that is faulty and they won’t help in any way , so please do not buy a mattress with a topper as there’s no come back if you do , very poor service

Benson for Beds was recommended to me by my sister. When I went into the shop I was a bit overwhelmed by the large number of beds to choose from. The sales assistant however was very helpful and knowledgable and in a surprisingly short period of time I ended up buying a bed I was happy with.
