Bensons For Beds - Andover Bewertungen

Alex was knowledgeable and helpful and we got a great bed at a good price

Gay in your Andover branch was very helpful and attentive.

Alex was extremely helpful and made the whole experience so easy. Can’t wait to receive my new mattress in 2 weeks.

Exceptionally pleasant customer service from Alexander Shaw, making it easy to make a decision.

I went into the shop to buy pillows, I know they specifically do Tempur.
Whilst browsing we spotted a fantastic deal on an ex-display item.
Alex, helped us and was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He processed the purchase quickly, as I explained we had an appointment, he was just great!
I would not hesitate to recommend this branch, really brilliant staff 🙂

What I didn't realise was how many different types of mattresses there are (and price range), the assistants in the Andover branch were very helpful in explaining the difference between them all. With all the information regarding payment methods and delivery options as well, I was able to decide which mattress I wanted, how I was going to pay for it and a delivery date suitable for me.
Happy days 😁

Very helpful and friendly staff in store, willing to spend time explaining the various mattresses to us.

The staff in store were really helpful and patient with us. They talked us through possible options to suit us and how we sleep. Really great customer service from the Andover store.

Great customer service by the team at Bensons Andover.
Good selection of mattresses to try before you buy with no pressure selling, just helpful advice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they went through everything with me and explained everything very clearly.
Would highly recommend, will definitely be going back again.

The staff in the Andover store are really friendly and helpful. They are let down by the website showing products that are no longer available in the colour we wanted as available to order and not being able to offer the same deals available on line( free pillow offer on 2 x Kuban bedside cabinets). Having spent an hr in the store a couple of weeks ago. We wanted to place the order in branch but didn't as would not have received the free pillows. It seems a shame that you are disadvantaging your employees in this way.

Super sales from a Mr Alex Shaw very professional and knowledgeable, rang back when promised and made the sale very easy and stress free.

Very happy thank you

The shop assistant was fabulous, he listened to our needs of what we wanted in a bed, he was knowledgeable about different products, he took his time to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

Salesman Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to decide what bed to purchase. Went out of his way to answer any concerns we had.

Went in with a specific budget to purchase a new bed spoke to female sales assistant asked for the deL available for a king-size bed with all the extras came in well below my budget very happy

A first class experience when it came to selecting a replacement mattress for our bed. Initially undecided which was the best option for our new mattress given the vast range available at Bensons for Beds we were assisted in making the right choice for us by the staff who took us through the benefits of each mattress is the various degrees of hardness. Having made our choice we were then offered the choice of delivery dates to suit our own timetable of other appointments. All through the staff could not have been more pleasant and attentive which made the who,e experience first class. Thank you.
