Quickest and the best out there for asbestos surveys. Kelvin and the team work tirelessly to get things done. Requested a survey Sunday night and everything was completed by Tuesday morning. Amazing service.

Amazing service! Kelvin Dealt with my issue prompt and professionally. Best price quoted! genuine and friendly. Will only use this company in future. Thankyou again :)

What an efficient company. At the last minute solicitors wanted an Asbestos and Fire Risk report. Property visited on Friday and report emailed on Monday. Costs very reasonable. Would recommend to everyone.

Time keeping was great and also the timely production of the report to meet my tight deadlines

Really good value for money, the report came back quickly and Danny took the time to explain what it means over the phone. Also, a very nice guy and a pleasure to chat with when he came to do the survey.

The service was very good from the beginning as the technician arrived when he said he would and was able to answer all relevant questions.

The report was turned around exactly at the time quoted.
All round professional service!

Very efficient service, very happy with the quick and helpful correspondence and survey results.

Danny was awesome. The management survey conducted by him was seamless and accurate and cleared all my concerns and it really helped a lot on my buying decision. The quote was very reasonable and within my budget which was another aspect i would appreciate.... Highly recommend!!!

Danny was quick to contact us back following our request for an asbestos check in our kitchen. He managed to fit us in on the same day at 5pm after coming off another job. The results followed a couple of days later and further queries on email were answered quickly. I would highly recommend.

Very timely and friendly and completely sorted all services I needed.

We had such a positive experience using Bellspire to carry out an asbestos survey for us. Danny was able to come out at short notice and we received a very thorough report within 2 days of the survey. Danny is an honest and genuine guy and I would definitely use Bellspire in future should we need anything similar doing. 5 star

Very good contact, affordable price, everything agreed and improved after the previous company. I recommend
