The waiter Frankie was amazing ! I’m gluten free and the food was amazing ! They gave us a free pizza on the house to . Over all amazing experience and I love coming here

Food was lovely. But staff were awful, 30 minute wait for a second round of drinks and never recieved them, asked the waitress and she mumbled something under her breath and never came back to us and when i confronted her for the bill she was sarcastic and arogont. One of the worst places I have visited recently - we were a group of 5 friends - once we were seated at the table - it seemed the restaurant staff forgot there was our table. Took 10-15 minutes for someone to ask for drink orders. When we asked for some water, we were again forgotten. The waitress gave us 3 glasses and a jug of water even through 5 people on the table after another 15 minutes. Came to take the food order after about 30 mins of being seated. The food was terrible especially for the 3 of us who ordered sea bass - the fish and veg seemed microwaved, no flavour whatsoever, just some oil poured on top. Fish was a thin piece of sea bass not seasoned. The food was not even warm. One of my friends who had ordered the Gamberoni pasta had to wait 10 mins for some cheese on top and a pepper mill to be brought to the table. We had to call and tried to get attention 3 times from three different people to ask for the cheese. Twice we were refused as apparently they were very busy despite a half filled restaurant. The staff spent more time eating and drinking in the restaurant while serving and talking to each other. They did not even make an effort to hide that they were eating in front of the guests. Very unprofessional conduct. No one asked if the good or if everything on the table was okay. After the bill was presented, the waitress forgot us again for another 30 minutes and we had to again ask for someone to come to the table so we could pay and get out. Really awful service and would not ever recommend or go again.

Great meal at Bella Italia in Jersey. Brilliant gluten free options. Food was presented well, came up promptly and hot. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Could not fault anything.

Roxana,at the Milton Keynes Stadium, Bella Italia, looked after us really well. We explained we only had an hour to eat. She made sure our Pizza arrived promptly and was polite. The pizzas were good too!

Had a lovely lunch at Bella Italia Lancaster today with my daughter. The food was excellent from start to finish, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was fantastic. A special mention to Des and Alin who were both brilliant and made us feel really looked after. We’ll definitely be back!

Portions were unbelievably stingy, pomodoro pasta contained hard, unripened, undercooked tomatoes, not plum, as advertised. Table was so wobbly, we had trouble steadying our drinks.

Had late lunch in longwell green branch from start to finish staff were lovely always working hard and so helpful and friendly . Food great but service makes this place served by Steve O always a pleasure .

Ordered the bruschetta for a starter. 2 thin slices of soggy bread with a bland tomato topping. We then ordered a prawn pasta. Sauce was totally tasteless. Not a fresh ingredient in sight. I ordered the vegetable calzone. The dough was thick, chewy and tough. Love to know when the dough was actually made? As for the filling. Clearly tinned mushrooms, with a small amount of peppers, onions and ( I think goats cheese) it filled about a quarter of calzone. It had like a shop bought sweet onion chutney over the veg. It must be the worst Italian food we’ve ever eaten. Overpriced slop.

We had a lovely meal here, served by Millie who was super attentive and helpful. I will be returning!

The spagetti bolognese was bland, hardly any meat, sloppy sauce and cold. The staff dont look happy and they are not interested. Was way overpriced wont be returning.

I went to the Exeter Bella Italia yesterday for my friends birthday. The man that served us was so nice and i would definitely recommend the Exeter branch. great service

Hard Plastic in my spaghetti bolognaise (01/04/2026) almost chocked to death!!!!!

Ordered through Deliveroo who are also awful, got lots of apologies & partial refund from them, but Bella Italia Bolton have still not bothered to contact me to apologise & ask what happened? (so it doesn’t happen again) or even give me a goodwill gesture 😡😡😡😡😡

Had a family meal yesterday for my daughters 18th birthday, service was terrible! Had to wait ages for food , our drinks were left on another table so I had to get up and get them myself ! Very expensive to , and food not worth the prices ! We visited festival leisure park restaurant, staff were very unhelpful,

Went to the Salford Quays branch. Had a lovely meal, very tasty and well presented. Andy our waiter was very attentive without being overboard. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he made us feel very welcome. I used Tesco clubcard vouchers which made it a very cheaper experience.

My husband and I went for an early birthday lunch at Bella Italia, Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton. What a disappointment it was. The staff were very friendly, however the fod was disgusting. My husband had spaghetti Bolognese with garlic cibatta. The bread was ok but, the spaghetti Bolognese was bland, little tomato sauce, almost no meat and tasteless spaghetti. I had what was supposed to be a meat feast pizza. The chicken was out of a frozen bag , the meatballs I swear was made from sausage meat and tasteless. They were so tiny. Never seen meatballs this small in an Italian restaurant before. The base sauce was made from tomato ketchup, tasteless and sparse. Yukky. The cheese was non existent and flavourless. For £17.50 it was a rip off. The food is an insult to Italian cuisine. Should be shut down. Do not waste your time going there. You will feel disappointed and let down. Never again.
