We wanted to return an unopen toilet seat. They wouldnt accept even though it was still packaged.

Unfortunately, as the seat could have been placed onto the rim of a toilet pan for sizing, we can not accept them back and send to another customer, regardless of whether they are still in the plastic wrap. It is highlighted on the page that toilet seats are non returnable for hygiene reasons.

Back then HR had a retail sales firm in the U.S. But that is no more so our only source for HR parts became UK retailers - enter Bella Bathrooms and Kate - who helped us put everything together; the parcels were waiting for us near Southampton and were picked up during our brief stopover.
