As mentioned, the items in your order were marked as final sale and non-returnable at the time of purchase. While a return request was able to be submitted through a third-party returns platform, all requests are still reviewed in line with our returns policy before approval.

Size guides were completely off and they don’t offer refunds past 14 days

The size guides were completely off and didn’t fit my proportions at all :( I ordered these dresses for a holiday I was going on and none of them fit. When I came back from the holiday, I went to return them as I no longer needed the dresses and it’s exchange only because it’s over 14 days. Seriously? 14 days is such a short window. Especially compared to their competitors. So I’ll just be stuck with a $200 voucher for a store I can’t shop at because nothing really fits me once I process it. Super disappointing from a Brisbane brand as a Brisbane girl

No hay atención al cliente

Enviaron el pedido (que era para regalar) muy tarde, mintiendo, ya que me decían que estaba enviado pero la compañía de reparto (CTT) me decía que no lo habían recibido. Por otra parte, como se puede apreciar en las fotos, no tiene nada que ver lo que promocionan (foto izquierda) con lo que recibí.
Para terminar, inicié el proceso de devolución del pedido y el reembolso del mismo, me hicieron responder un formulario de más de cien preguntas cuyas respuestas tenían que ser de más de 80 o 100 caracteres (4 de febrero lo envié). Sin respuesta. La peor atención al cliente que he conocido.
NO RECOMENDABLE.

Cute dresses & amazing customer service

Have purchased a number of products and they have all been exactly what was expected and consistent sizing. I had an issue with the shop app (not their issue) and their customer service responses quickly, incredibly helpful and professional. I enjoy buying products from there and won’t stop anytime soon!

Returns beware

I ordered sale items and was very careful to make sure they were not final sale as I had never ordered from there before. I went to return them and was told they were final sale and that it was in the terms and conditions box that I had to check but was not displayed anywhere else as they claimed.

Avoid this company at all cost I ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming dance dress did not fit was worn for less then 30 seconds and put back in package and returned I received an email saying return was denied return because tags were removed they were not and the dress had stains it did not so I am stuck with a 80 dollar dress that don’t fit this company lies to avoid honoring its return policy stay away

Fraudulent return practices

Very short return window, but we managed to return it in time. Then they denied the return as not being in original condition because it had a few strands of hair on it from when she tried it on once. Absolute scam.
Edit: Their reply to me on this site mentions "debris" - there was no debris, and this was never mentioned in their communication with me prior. Their first email mentioned only strands of hair. When I complained, follow ups added "dust". (Again it is very odd to claim that dust would render a garment not in original condition, but in any case there definitely was not any noticeable dust when leaving our house (we'd had it for less than two weeks, there was no time to accumulate a nontrivial amount of dust!). Now when I left a negative review, they've added "debris". Clearly they will say anything to avoid a refund.

Horrible customer service, do not shop here

Incredibly disappointing experience as a first time customer and will not be returning. Highly recommend not to shop here.
I purchased a size up based on the online chat recommendation that the item was oversized by Benji on Online chat. It was a tight fit, I didn't have an outfit for the event and I then reached out asking for a refund. Was told via online chat again by Benji that return fees waived and I'll receive a "full refund".

Now I'm told I'm $10.95 out of pocket and this was non-refundable. This was not put anywhere in the chat. Tried to escalate and rejected by Michelle customer care manager.

Do not recommend to shop here unless you want to be mislead and out of pocket.

0 stars. SHEIN quality for A grade prices.

If there was a chance to vote 0 stars, I would.

The quality of their product for the prices that you pay is insane. May as well shop on SHEIN for the same expected quality. This brand is literally a scam. I returned my order within the 14 days as stated on their site and was not issued a full refund.

Customer service is also passive aggressive and not helpful at all. I have never been more grossed by a company than I have this one.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shorts. After less than 3 hours of wear the inside seam area was EXTREMELY pilled. I contacted their customers service expecting it to be a faulty item. I'm not one to complain (my first ever trustpilot review here) but was so shocked when their customers service replied advising that pilling was standard for their products, and they suggested I get a fabric shaver. They then contacted me days later asking for me to rate their service... never again.

Combative and ill fitting

If you have any sort of curves, the mini dresses will fit like a t-shirt (I am 5'1 size 4 typically dresses fit long on me). When trying to return the item, the item took extremely long to return therefore it was after the return policy. When I tried to explain and get a full refund the team accused me of lying and committing fraud. Overall combative customer service.

I bought an off the shoulder dress and…

I bought an off the shoulder dress and the sleeve literally fell off the first time I tried it on and was about to leave the house. First they offered me $20 reimbursement to get the sleeve sewed back on out of my own time. Asked for a refund and it’s literally taken 2 weeks to travel from Sydney to their warehouse in Queensland. Avoid this nightmare 🤯

my daughter ordered some jeans £50

my daughter ordered some jeans £50, paid £10 delivery and mistakenly ordered the wrong size.
As they are in Australia they wont cover the return which royal mail want £30 for, despite Consumer Rights act 2015 and distance selling regs they are hiding behind "returns policy". Great at advertising on Insta , i'll make sure she lets her social group know not to use them

Beautiful dress but…

Beautiful dress. Unfortunately I paid for express shipping which was supposed to be next day delivery. I wasn’t expecting next day delivery, but it wont be coming for 7-8 days! I wouldn’t have bought it had I known as it was needed for an event on the weekend.
