Emma at the Perth store was incredibly helpful and patient. I managed to find two pairs of sandals (one had to be posted out to me) that could take my orthotics and a pair of trainers. Emma took time to understand my feet issues and brought out an array of footwear for me to try. The pair that arrived by post, arrived quickly and fit really well. Fabulous service.

Excellent help and advice. When selected shoe was found to have a stain another pair was ordered and received promptly. Service which is not found very often! Thank you Joanne.

Deliberately went to Beggs as knew the service was good. Emma totally understood my bunion problem & she managed to interpret what I was actually looking for! She made my visit fun & I bought 2 pairs of shoes which I really didn't mean to! Thank you Emma.

Went into the shop and tried on so many shoes and the staff member who served me could not have been more helpful. She then organised for a pair to be sent to my home for free to try with an option to return for a small fee, or take back for free. She could not have been more helpful. The shop had so many really nice good quality shoes

Looking for wide fitting shoes. Debra brought me several black pairs then when I changed my colour choice she brought dark brown which suited me better.
Pleasant helpful non-pushy service, Debra and her colleagues made it a comfortable welcoming experience.

Very pleased with 2 pairs of boots. Staff in Perth store very helpful in fitting first pair and then helping set up online purchase for second pair. Great service - made it easy but not ‘pushy’ in any way.
Would definitely recommend this shop and the range of footwear on offer. I’ve twice found just the shoes I’ve been looking for in store after not finding online with endless scrolling!

Fantastic service today looked after by the manager she was brilliant. Helpful and knowledgeable I really appreciate her help. The shop has a lovely vibe all staff friendly.

HOWEVER WENT TO BEGGS A FEW DAYS LATER AND WOW. WHAT A DARLING LADY SERVED ME. CANNOT WAIT TO BUT MY NEXT PAIR!

I wish I had asked the ladies name in Perth who assisted me over the phone, normally I would have gone into the shop but my mobility isn’t so good now. Anyway she went above and beyond to help me and that in today’s busy times can’t go unspoken. I will never go anywhere else for my shoes and would urge anyone to support the independent shops you won’t be disappointed

I find Beggs staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It makes the whole thing easy, a great system. I highly recommend them.

We were given great advice on the items and found a great bag and 3 pairs of shoes, which all were available in fitting sizes even though we have unusual foot sizes.
