NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR A SET OF CLIPPERS A WEEK AGO WHICH WERE SHOWING AS IN STOCK. GOT NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR ORDER NUMBER- I ENQUIRED AND THEY SAID I HAD NO ORDER- AND TO ORDER ANOTHER. 10 MINS LATER I GOT ADVISED THERE WAS AN ORDER BUT NO STOCK. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND AND THE PRODUCT IS STILL SHOWING AS IN STOCK. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE - LITERALLY OPERTAINV TO BORROW YOUR MONEY….DISGRACEFUL

If you buy from Beauty Queens Cosmetics, you do so at your own peril. They will take your money and then say they delivered your goods knowing full well that they have not. I am escalating to my credit card company to obtain a refund, but I could have saved myself days of pain if I had simply come to Trustpilot first.

This company did not fulfill my order & instead of refunding me they converted this money into a voucher without advice which I do not want. I have asked several times for the company to refund without success. I will never use this company again. Bad practice!

I would strongly advise avoiding Beauty Queens.

I placed an order because the website advertised 24 to 48 hour delivery. I even paid extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24 as I needed the item quickly and couldn’t buy it anywhere else.

After my order failed to arrive, I contacted customer services. I was told there had been a delay because the product was out of stock. A few days later, they emailed me to say it had been dispatched.

More than a week passed and I still hadn’t received anything, so I contacted them again. The only response I received was a brief apology for the inconvenience, with no explanation or solution.

I then requested a refund. More than a month later, I am still waiting. It has now been over six weeks since I placed the order, and I have neither received the product nor had my money returned.

Advertising 24 to 48 hour delivery, charging customers extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24, failing to supply the product, and then leaving customers waiting weeks for a refund is completely unacceptable.

The customer service has been poor throughout, with little communication and no urgency to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

So I’m ordering a closure all happy about it.
They’re giving a 24 to 48hours delivery window. Obviously it’s hair extensions so you will need them as soon as and make plans giving the delivery time.
We are almost a week in, no delivery whatsoever, confirmation emails.
I’m reaching out and they’re telling me they are short on stock. In that case DO NOT TAKE PEOPLE’S MONEY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU CAN DELIVER THEIR PAID ITEMS.

I’m fuming. And I WOULDNT advise anyone to order there.

After taking two weeks to send my order (because the website still allowed me to purchase out of stock items), when my package arrived, an item is missing.

I contacted them and they asked me to send over a picture of what I received, which I did, and after chasing, got a message advising that the issue is with their dispatch team who will sort it ASAP, but, three days and many chases later, I have heard nothing about my missing item, and my messages and emails are being ignored.

These people are thieves. Do not buy from them, use PAKS instead.

Avoid! Scam!!! Never received order or refund. Claimed at my bank.

I was surprised by many of the negative reviews because my experience was very positive. I placed an order recently after finding this website while searching for a specific product and everything arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was quick and I was really happy with the overall service. The quality of the products was just as good as what I’ve seen from other retailers. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Fraudulent store. I purchased an item from the online website (wwwdotbeautyqueenscosmeticsdotcom) that never arrived. The customer service team continued to give me the runaround for over a month saying they needed to order the item from their supplier first, why list something that’s out of stock? They refused a refund, until I got my bank involved. Buy at your own risk

This company is a scam please beware. I ordered a bump cream which never arrived my address from this company. I will advise you verify before purchase.

Paid for 48hr shipping via Royal Mail, nothing has arrived, been a week, no emails answered, luckily bought on credit card so believe this is fraudulent so will try to cancel and get refund! AVOID USING AT ALL COST!

DO NOT order anything from this website.
I ordered on 16th June, they emailed me to say the item was out of stock for 7 days would I like to wait or have a refund. I told them I wanted a refund, emailed in July to find our where my refund is they gave then emailed me to say they have shipped the product I emailed back to tell them I didn't want the product but a refund I have heard nothing back ir even the product.
They are just conmen and should not be allowed to trade.🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT BUY. Rarely review, but this is the worst company. They sent out the wrong product. I chased it, then they said they sent a replacement and closed the chat. Never received the replacement and never heard from them again. I asked for a refund as I never received the product. Terrible and DO NOT BUY. Out of pocket and no product.

Ordered 6 items totalling £30 + , paid via Klarna , over one month later still no items .. firstly emailed customer services , they took over 2 weeks to reply , told me the items were out of stock and I would get them when they come in .. I mean come on that is not common practice .. I asked for a refund as they were for gifts .. was told that I would be credited with a gift card for their webpage … errr no Thankyou and not legally allowed under uk trading laws .. I’m still awaiting my refund so have contacted trading standards and will be leaving negative feedback across all platforms .. refund my money !

Do not use them - ensure you make a claim back with your bank. Even if you paid by debit card you can still make a claim. They will try to dispute it, don’t worry your bank will get the money back. The whole website is a fraud.

They lie saying they are going to ship it’ll come tomorrow they said been a week of me keep calling they never ship refund or anything the worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time NEVER go there.

I saw these lipglosses online and they looked beautiful and were touted to be better than the usual lipglosses.
It did take a Long time to receive them, but that was ok.
The colors were not as pictured, grayish and flat. The tubes were NOT sealed nor were the boxes for the tubes. They looked like dollar store lipglosses.
They would not honor a refund as the tubes and boxes were personal-use products, and were opened, but they were not sealed when I received them! Convenient so as not to honor a refund;
Cosmetics ARE personal-use products-DUH! I order tons of cosmetics online from MANY companies and have never had a problem returning, except for Queen Cosmetics. This is my first and last purchase from them.
Save your $$$.

After a week of waiting for a dispatch email, I decided to purchase my item elsewhere.
I emailed customer services several times, who confirmed(after 4 days) that my order was cancelled.
3 weeks after initial order, my parcel arrives. Obviously it wasn’t cancelled.
Emailed again, requesting their returns process. No reply.
I sent the item back to their return address on the original packaging, tracked via Royal Mail. Then emailed to say it was being returned.
They refunded me 2 days after they received it, apart from the £3.99 p&p. Which if they had actually cancelled the order, I would have had a full refund.
Diabolical company, terrible customer service.

June 8th - Placed order

June 11th - “Order shipped” 

June 13th - Shipping updated (new tracking 
number) 

June 14th - Partial refund (several items out of stock) 

June 16th - Order arrived 



NOTE - If it’s been more than two weeks CONTACT YOUR BANK. Start a chargeback.

Very annoying that key items I needed were refunded due to not being in stock but are still currently listed as in stock on the website?? 



Also why lie that you shipped the order when clearly you hadn’t even packed it yet. 

The only bright side is that the items came as pictured.

But come on just check inventory of your items and if they’re out of stock remove them from the website!

Almost a month later and nothing arrived. Paid for 48hr delivery. Have now reached out to my bank to force a valid response. Calls not answered. Do not trust.
