Just had my waxing appointment with Lili. It was amazing and professional. Straight forward, no messing around.

I went to this salon as a new resident in canary wharf, I asked politely for a french tip, once she had painted them she asked me if they were ok, to which I asked if she could rub the tips off and do them plain, as they were very uneven and I didn’t want to stress her and make her re do them. I then had 4 employees surround the table I was sat at shouting at me, including a lady with purple hair who was telling me they’ll remove everything if I wanted just the tips rubbed off, I said this wasn’t necessary however they all continued to shout over my reply to their colleague, the lady doing my nails apologised to which I replied it wasn’t her fault and that if she struggled with french tips it’s okay, it was her colleagues who were extremely rude and bullied me out of the salon. After this, I still paid the full price for the nails and was left feeling so uncomfortable I was in tears.

Please save your money and look for somewhere else, getting your nails done is meant to be a nice experience and this was so far from it… in fact I was bullied for a service that I was paying for, and I remained polite the whole way through. I also noticed the way they would speak to customers of certain ethnicities throughout my very short time their.

If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would.

I usually come here to do my nails . At least, not too bad . But I had a really bad experience yesterday. 1: I came in and seated, they asked me to choose a color and then when I decided told to the guy which one I chooses he brought the wrong one. And he was bored about it. 2: the girl that made my nails took like 20 min to do everything. Super RUSH and of course the result it’s not good at all. 3 : I asked to change the colour and she brought to me some new colours and she wanted decide for me. 4: I didn’t like the fact that they speak in their language in front of the client , it’s un respect.
5: my nails are irregular and the shape it’s different on every nail.
If you don’t have time , don’t take the appointment, because it’s really bad for us see you doing my nails in very very rush way. And all of them are to remake.

Great place for shellac manicure in Canary Wharf. I live and work local and have tried all the salons in the area and honestly to say Beautyfini come out the top. They have a great team who talent and very experienced. My shellac nail always last at least 3 weeks. They also use quality nail product which is very important for me.

The worst shellac I’ve ever had - in 26 years!

Very rushed experience, no care taken to any of the shellac prep or application. My shellac was poorly applied, bumpy, uneven and full of air bubbles. The nail technician said it was due to the colour and it couldn’t be helped, when I asked to have them removed I was told it was too late.
I was compensated with a discount off the price of the appointment which was little compensation considering I will need to pay elsewhere for these to be redone.
I will add that my friend attended an appointment at the same time as me and left with beautiful shellac nails, and a totally different experience. I feel maybe the service is hit and miss depending on the technician.

Saying the staff are rude would be an understatement; they regularly speak about other customers in Chinese. Upon entering the salon, you are expected to shout across the room to someone who asks 'what you want'. Luckily, I only wanted a nail infill but for those requesting more personal treatments, this is not professional nor customer centric. Please note; here there is no means of an introduction. You are expected to sit, say what you want, and not complain / question their work.

When I sat down, I was asked 'nails shorter?', which upon saying 'only slightly' was left with half my original nail length. I was not asked to specify the amount, nor the nail shape, before the shortening tool was applied. Politely I expressed that I was unhappy with that length, which was dismissed with an apparent inability to understand what I was saying. She continued to shape the other nails, leaving them longer and inconsistent in comparison.

The whole process was rushed. She regularly stopped and answered the phone or attended to those at reception. At one point, an arriving customer was asked to 'come to us' as she was painting my nails. This was when I realised the company was a matter of getting as many customers' nails painted in one hour as oppose to client satisfaction.

I also want to note the salon is unhygienic; they do not clean the surfaces after each use. I honestly do not understand where they get their 5 star ratings from.

Awful place. Eyebrow tinting unprofessional and doesn’t last. Was charged £9 (price of threading and waxing) for plucking a few stray hairs.

I came in for SNS as I often do at the nail spa around the corner, but I wanted to try you for the first time.
I was getting a pedi at the same time and was distracted when asked about my hand nail length - the acrylic overlay was rushed on and cut short and I wasn’t happy with the length.

When I said this, I was greeted with pulled facial expressions, eye rolls, discussing the situation in another language (which I could understand having grown up in Asia).... and “but that’s what you asked for”. I am sure there was just a mis communication but I (the paying customer) was asking very nicely if I could have them longer.
There was about 5 minutes of telling me why not and why it’s my fault... to the point where I was almost crying as I felt so uncomfortable.

I asked to just get them taken off and then nothing else as I was so upset - I just wanted to leave - and appalled at the lack of customer service and understanding of client satisfaction.

I will not be returning.

I am very pleased with my nails. It was definitely worth the price. I had extension, shelac and black and white french manicure. Definitely recommend. Lady who did my nails did a fantastic job!
