Such a great service and lovely products, thank you very much.

Overall, pleased with my purchase and it came gift wrapped which was a bonus. However, the description included a knitted jumper as did my order confirmation and picture of order. However, the bear came with a blue felt type of jacket, not a knitted jumper. Still waiting for a response despite emailing over a week ago.

Beautiful bear and speedy delivery

I am over the moon with the customer service I experienced! I’ve been searching high and low for a back up ginger cat toy for my daughter. Unfortunately I couldn’t get another one in Australia and they went above and beyond to send me not only another toy but an extra jumper for our current toy. 1000/10 recommend buying from this company

I ordered a cat in a hoodie for my granddaughter who recently lost her cat. It was a beautiful cat with perfect personalisation I had it sent directly to her and she saidbit was beautifully wrapped and she was so pleased. So now when she misses her cat she gives this one a big cuddle. Thank you so much for a great service.

As a mum to a non verbal autistic child I am constantly encouraging him to say anything and one thing we say to him constantly is “I love you!” Imagine how amazed I was when out of the blue he repeated it back to us and we caught it on camera!
