I use to love going to Florida just to shop at Bealls but in the last year i must say the difference in the clothes they carry is like night and day. Did they change buyers? They need to go back to the old man buyers. Clothes selection is terrible now....wont shop there anymore!

I've never ordered from Bealls online, but I really love the stores. One of my favorite places to shop.

I wanted to compliment Michelle in Customer Care. In February, we bought a home in Florida. We are from Michigan and we’re looking at news stores to shop. We discovered Bealls. We love your store! We did a shopping spree and earned $70.00 in Bealls bucks. With the pandemic, we had to head back to Michigan to help children. I called today to use my Bealls bucks. Michelle answered and was able to help me. Outstanding customer service skills. Helped me in every way. As soon as we get the all clear, we are heading back to our new home. My husband and I will use Bealls to help furnish our home. When you have front line ppl like Michelle that are knowledgeable and care so much about customers, this is now our first choice to buy product. A great experience.

I bought a pair of shoes off Bells, the size ran small. I had to return for refund because they don't exchange. Cost me half of what I paid for them, then they must have charged me a restocking fee. So basically I paid to try a pair of shoes on. Never again. I'll go to the mall from now

My husbands Weekender shorts arrived very quickly. They fit nicely.

Terrible company to do business with never sent me a bill after I paid most of my charge off thought I paid it all two months later get back saying I need to pay them $78 , already paid them $35 on $56 sneakers

I have been buying from Bealls for years now, and I'm NOT a baby boomer. I'm a generation X'er. I'm sick and tired of the bland, boring, and overpriced crap sold by most other retailers.

Bealls' Reel Legends and Loco Skailz products have fresh, clean, unique designs I have not found anywhere else. I love the them and have NEVER had an issue with their quality. Well, Pelagic and Salt Life have some stuff I like too, but TWICE the price. I just came from Columbia outlet store yesterday. Their PFG is also almost twice the price, ON SALE AT THE OUTLET, and not nearly as nice in design or color, and no better in quality.

I live in Texas, but have family in Florida. Bealls is my family's favorite store, and we go there every time we visit Florida. But, again for Reel Legends and Loco Skailz. Once in a while, we get something else there. (Academy is my next favorite). In fact, my whole extended family buys tons of Reel Legends and Loco Skailz from Bealls. My kids here in Texas get compliments on their shirts all the time and they are so unique that no one else has anything like them.

As for customer service and the rewards schemes, yea just pretty much ignore those. Wait for the killer sales, then get what you want. You will pay half the price you pay for Pelagic, Salt Life, or Columbia and get a product just as nice or nicer for HALF the price. Just forget about the rest of the gimmicks. And, I've never had to return a single item. I have had a few items get cancelled on me though. I waited a little too long on black Friday, which was a bummer.

I am snow bird as are many of your customers usually only here until end of March, I spent in access of $100:00 on March 3rd. 2020 & received Bealls Bucks that can only be used from April 5th. To May 30th. What good is this to me, as well as my friends that were with me that also received Bucks. There should be no time limit on these.
I would have returned to shop again if I could have used In March.

I placed an online order which took about 10 days to arrive. I shipped it back immediately and was glad I got a tracking number. I saw that the package had reached them and been accepted by one of their agents on 2/27/20. I've yet to receive my refund.I called and was put on hold then disconnected. I emailed and the response was that no, they hadn't processed my refund. Well, Miss Obvious, if you had, I wouldn't be contacting you looking for it! They claim 5-7 days before it will be processed. I said if not I'll file a complaint with my bank. We shall see...

Overall as a company I don’t like your polices and marketing schemes. I don’t know anyone in the age range of 18-35 that even shops at your stores. I know its mostly the older crowd, and I don’t see your company lasting another 50 years. I NEVER shop here but unfortunately my mother bought me a lot of my Christmas presents from Bealls. I did not like or would not use 90% of it, so with the tags still attached, I looked to return the items from the store. Your customer service manager was able to find my mother’s receipt, so I thought I would be able to return the items and receive credit back to my card or cash. Boy was I wrong. Even thought I had PROOF of purchase, she still said she would only be able to turn the credit to a “Merchandise credit” card. Thinking I had no other choice, even though I told her I do NOT like shopping at this store, I accepted. Little did I know, nor did she inform me, that this card could only be used in store and NOT on their website Bealls.com! How stupid is that!!! I had went home and spent hours on their site trying to find anything that I would like, to put in all in my cart and during my check out process found out I couldn’t use the Merchandise card she issued me. I was LIVID. And of course, the sales online are better then the ones in store. Which makes no sense. So I took my list of things I wanted to buy online and went back to the store because I read I could put in an order in the store. The ONLY good part of this whole experience was the gentlemen who helped me when I drove all the way back to the store. I had over 10 items I wanted to buy, and he took his time with me and even double checked (more then once!) to make sure all the items and sizes were right. He was fantastic. He was very patient with me and took the bad taste out of my mouth with the last experience I had at the store. His name was David, and his great customer service is the only right thing I think you guys have going for you. Even one the items I ordered, a white purse, shipped to my house and had a huge dent in the front of it from poor packaging, I’m so over Bealls I just kept it because I don’t even wanna deal with that company anymore. I still don’t plan to shop with Bealls ever again, and I wouldn’t recommend Bealls to anyone I know. I even told my mother, who is a huge shopper there, to stop giving her business to Bealls.

My bill was lost in the mail -- got it late -- Bealls Florida. charges a 28$ FEE if your account is not paid in full each month. I called customer service - the lady credited me the 28$ fee I paid what I thought was owing $2.13 but I made a mistake and should have paid $3.69 - so I owed $1.56 -- but I didnt know this -- next month Bealls Florida charged me 28$ fee because I still owed them $1.56 from my last bill -- I called customer. service and she refused to credit me the 28$ - Escalated the customer service call to Jayand & also no help. First let me say the charge of $28 each month is how Bealls Florida stays in business for sure -- I wondered and now I know how Bealls Florida can offer all the sales -- its because they have predatory practice with their credit card. I cancelled my Bealls account. Done with Bealls Florida

I use to shop a lot o at Bealls. But in the last few years they have changed their pricing. Felix they are VERY IVER PRICED. And the sale are not as good based on the sale priced.

Will never buy from again. Item received was not as described. Fell apart within a week. Contacted customer service 4 times and never got a response. Very poor customer service and very poor quality.

Follow up...finally received a response from customer service after about 2 weeks and received a refund.

Don't waste your time!! They cancelled all 4 items in my order several days after the order was placed with no explanation.

The clothes are cheap but cheaply made also, the tops will shrink 5-6 inches by the 2nd wash

Bought 6 boxes of a variety of slime all of which were bad. These were all gifts, I am out of state but purchased when I was in FL. Obviously can't return them as the kids opened them up at birthday and used them with their moms. The moms who knew they were bad because their kids always play with slime. I have called customer service 4 times to no avail. Just because a product is on clearance should not mean it isn't good anymore. Be careful of what you buy at bealls. And they have lost me as a customer for when I return to FL

This is my default store. I am a person who is happy to be left alone and find stuff like an adventure. At stores from Orlando to Sarasota I have found bargains that are not found elsewhere. I also don’t and never have returned one thing.This company rewards faithful shoppers to the last sale was dress pants and shirt for $28.

Did business with them online twice and I never will again. Shady.
