For quite some time now I have been with Baymedisoft, and the results are impeccable. On any problem or question, the ever ready helping team promptly responds and resolves.

On any modifications, they provide practical recommendations that have often proved significantly improvements for our Business website. Their solutions are always clear to follow. I can’t visualize any another company taking care of our business site requirements.

Working with Baymediasoft is a great experience. The entire team did a fantastic job with our project. They were always ahead of us regarding patience, diligence and excellent punctuality. We gave them the outline of our project, and they have delivered it on schedule, meeting our expectation. It was the best decision to work with Baymediasoft. I can say they are best App development Company.

we posted our requirement on peopleperhour.com on April 2016 and we was contacted back by Baymediasoft representative shreya through skype

we made some online reasearch about this comapny . Thier website were too professional and i was convinced by the website.

we shared our requirement to develop opencart module and as per request by baymediasoft representative shreya, contract was made to develop module for opencart total costing 20000INR(298USD) dated 30/05/2016,and we agreed and made first payment

we were informed by shreya that the module will be delivered in 15days however it took more than 20days to understand my need by baymediasoft developer Mr.Himanshu Kothari, he has done many sandbox work ie, module with no use and made first bad impression. i lost my hope at this stage, however i was convinced by shreya that baymediasoft have opencart Expert and they will handle my module so i continued to work with baymediasoft .we had skype conversation with harish and shreya regarding that project

on 24 june sheya informed that the module is completed
After my Final payment i had a shock that developer/team have sent me set of modified file instead of module .i explained to them that what i received is modified file and it is not module i also explained that module should not overwrite any of the exiting file. it took some days for baymediasoft developer Mr.Himanshu Kothari whom shreya stated as opencart expert to understand(but they have received payment and made contract to develop a module with this developer ,don't you feel funny about this? ).and later i was informed that their developer had left the job and my work has been passed to another developer for rework. i again patiently waited for resolution.

This month Mr.harish delivered the module last week through email but with lots of error and capability issue (which made other native and other premium module non functional)

we also noted that baymediasoft developer/team has used another module Parent-Child option module which is originally developed by other company (used without any license from them as of now which is not legal)

now i lost hope and baymediasoft developer/team doesn't have even have a basic knowledge about structure of opencart and nothing was done as per opencart Guideline, i understand that baymediasoft developer/team cannot complete this work .from the first stage i noted that their developer/team never plan for module, they only do trial and error method which is not professional method and i dint expect this and we don't have time to see their developer's trial and error method in our business and i have been patiently waiting for very long and also provided my technical support too(i have send my explanatory part to make your developer understand but it is of no use ) .

As we didn't get module as per our requirement and, it is has capability issue. Since we waited longer than the time frame ,we requested them to provide quick resolution that is refund ,but i was informed that one of their manager have refused for refund( Refund is always a problem with any typical small scale indian company like Baymediasoft). But since we are are also from india legal proceedures can help us get our refund.
i have sent several email requesting resolution and refund but i haven't received any convincing reply(receiving responses but no actual resolution) .after my long converstaion i got a email stating

Apologies for the inconvenience so caused.
As per my conversation with management, please give us some days to process the refund and all the formalities.

we are still waiting for our refund ,will update if it get my refund .
