Terrible company. They care very little about quality control on their products. I ordered the urban chic desk via a third party - the desk arrived damage, large crack in main structure. It was replaced a week later, only to find the replacement is also damaged (been dropped on back corner) and also the drill bits have been broken off in two of the holes needed to attach the legs! I wouldn’t have minded keeping one with minor cosmetic damage, but the replacement can’t even be assembled as the drill bits are firmly stuck. Having to send the second item back for replacement, if they fail again I wouldn’t be surprised. Cause me massive inconvenience as I work from home but for two weeks now have had an unused desk stuck in my house taking up space! I would avoid this company, as a manufacturer they clearly don’t take pride in the quality of their products, and also don’t seem to care that their logistics company have a good track record of damaging consignments! Pretty appalling overall, especially as items returned because of damage I imagine are probably carelessly tossed aside. I’m lucky that the third party supplier acting as the intermediary for the purchase has been incredibly helpful, despite the fact the issues were not caused by them.

very very poor, ordered in march 2020 with delivery in july.. nothing when contacted my supplier told it would be aug 2020, contacted them, told to talk to my retailer, did that and he sent me their e-mail to him, which just said, might be here in november.. these guys are selling stuff they havent got, and dont know when it will arrive... avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Excellent service from both 1-2-1 office furniture and kinetic logistics.
My TV cabinet arrived in perfect condition within days of order placement.
The driver was both kind and courteous.
I have actually placed a further order for three more items in the furniture range and am eagerly awaiting their arrival.

Took delivery of a coffee table weeks ago ordered from a supplier of Baumhaus. It wasn’t as pictured (I have the matching TV unit) and I requested a replacement if it would be a match (they couldn’t guarantee this) so I requested a refund. The supplier has been trying to contact them for 3 weeks to arrange a return so I can get refunded and Baumhaus are just completely ignoring the request.
Update - Baumhaus rang promptly after my initial review and it appears to have been a miscommunication from the supplier side. The gent who rang me managed to get it sorted and collected the same day, rang to confirm when it had been scanned back in and even got in touch with the supplier to request they refund me. So glad I left a review otherwise who knows how long I would’ve waited! Very impressed with the customer service received from Phil and I’ve had confirmation my refund has been processed the same day. Thank you for sorting it.

Bought a Baumhaus Roscoe shoe cupboard in Oct-19 via another company (Trackpack) who get them straight from the manufacturer, Baumhaus. The delivery Kinetics is Baumhaus' own delivery company who also delivered the item. It came damaged. I got sent a replacement some weeks later which also came damaged. I complained after the second time and was offered a £50 reduction if I chose to keep it. I mentioned I would like a replacement or would only accept it for £50. A third replacement came some weeks later, which amazingly was also damaged (split front panel near hinge). I was extremely disappointed as the design actually is quite lovely but quality checking was lacking (even though you would expect there to be extra attention if this was the first replacement). I asked for a refund from Trackpack and they said they would contact Baumhaus to arrange collection - this took a number of weeks. I requested that since I was given daytime slots for the most part I could no longer keep these times open for the same time for what was essentially a fourth trip (aside from one time, all the times were in working hours and I work full time, like most people). I was told previously they couldn't control it and was offered two slots during the days I work which I turned down and then early January 2020, the piece was finally collected and I was given a refund. Having moved into a new home and needing to buy a lot of furniture, I have lost faith in this company.

Had three items from this company.....Delivery times are dire. Lacking in customer service. No empathy. Hide behind emails and don't telephone when there is a problem. Have a damaged item in my house at the moment despite email trail - no interest shown. Just an email to advise me of how busy they are..

Had my coffee table and nest of tables arrived today from Baumhaus my word good solid pieces of furniture .
Will be looking for more high quality pieces of furniture from Baumhaus

Highly recommend. The tv unit I purchased is excellent quality and reasonably priced. Was very well packaged when it arrived and delivery was very quick.

Really well made and solid furniture - highly recommended. All made from solid wood and at a very reasonable price. Please note that the company do not sell direct to the public though. You have to go to one of the retailers that they work with.

Nice to be able to buy reasonably priced furniture without having to cart it home in the back of my tiny car then assemble it from flat packs! The ranges are pretty well photographed and described. The worst part about the whole thing was I wanted to buy directly from their website, but they would only sell to retail outlets, so I needed to find one nearby that stocked Baumhaus. The wardrobe and bed were delivered to my house and the deliveryman even put it in the right place and unpacked it for me!

I ordered some of the Reclaimed Wood furniture (Unique Chic Range): table, chairs and bench - the whole set is fantastic! The quality is superb, the style is unique and on top of this it fits my apartment perfectly. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Got three items when redecorating my living room. Great quality, they look even better than expected to be honest. Had a delivery slot sent which we couldn't accept but quickly got another. Nice delivery guy helped put them into the room. Am looking to get more items when we do our dining room :-)

I bought a few pieces from Baumhaus which are great and I cannot imagine my house without them.

The scheduler was wonderful about fitting the delivery into my limited time availability and the delivery team/customer service was friendly, efficient, and professional.

I obtained a beautiful black wood bookcase, matching tv stand and nest of tables from here. Great quality furniture and wonderful service.

Delivered really quickly, and the delivery guy was really polite (which is an added bonus nowadays)

Will be using again to get the matching coffee table!
