Really simple to use, very clear and straightforward forms, and much better price than we had been quoted from our traditional insurers

I had a great experience buying the policy from Battleface. However and fortunately I didn’t have a chance to use it so asking me to review my experience is a bit of a stretch. Experience with clicking boxes and paying was fine. I wish there was a trustworthy review panel for people who actually went through through the process of insurance claim and assistance when traveling.
Only thing I can point out is that careful because when I asked it was clearly answered that in many cases you’re not insured for car related / motorbike accidents. Personal liability doesn’t cover car related accidents, if your driving license isn’t recognised in the country where you travel your accident will not be covered by the policy etc etc. A lot of small font to consider. It’s not a worry free policy. Also the emergency contact is only via email which in case of emergency isn’t an optimal option. WhatsApp was not available.

Customer Service annswered every question clearly. Did not have to wait to reach representative.

Have used battleface twice now, and had to cancel once with the team being incredibly understanding and making the refund process extremely easy! Have also submitted a claim with them which was very smooth!

If you're looking for a travel insurance provider with a "can do" attitude - pick them! They can cater to customer with less conventional needs (e.g. less than 6 months residency in the UK). Their claims processing is also pretty friendly, though somewhat manual to my taste.

Having been declined by other companies for cancer which needed no further treatment after surgery we were recommended to battleface. Quick and easy quote giving me cover for every thing else other than pre diagnosed conditions was so comforting.

The product available was easy to understand, and access details, so it met our requirements for travel. It has a competitive premium rate. However, the medical conditons for pre-existing items did not specifically meet our needs, which was disappointing, as other Travel Insurers do have an option that suits us.

I haven’t made a claim so i can’t comment on that but i did require a policy to cover adventure racing in Canada.
I dealt with Maxine who’s communication has been excellent and clear from the start.
Emails and phone calls answered promptly and competently.
Professional communication throughout.

Gave me adequate cover for my needs, at a great price. Did not add on a supplement for taking this out after I departed from home - well done
