Battleface - insurance once already out of the UK
Great option to consider if you have already left your home country and need insurance (in my case because I wanted to go skiing but it was not an included activity in my original backpacker insurance policy).

Stolen luggage
My daughter unfortunately had her rucksack stolen whilst travelling in Australia, it was an awful experience but Battleface were outstanding, from phoning Sue in the first instance to dealing with Sofia, the claims analyst during the claims procedure, they were first class. Answering emails promptly and the claim has been settled very quickly, which has made a dreadful experience a little easier to deal with. Would 100% recommend Battleface insurance.
