My wife's Samsung S9 Note would not turn on. Batteries and More tech looked at it and said it was the screen and could replace it for $300. They ordered the screen and had me make an appointment to come in and have it fixed, which I did. This tech, someone different, said he had 2 phone repairs in front of me. So why make an appointment? Just drop the phone off! Anyway, he calls a few hours later and says it wasn't the screen and that the board must have been fried. My wife went to pick up the phone as it had the simm card in it and the tech had broken the phone opening it up (he did not mention that to me on the phone)
and wanted her to pay $300 for the repair that didn't happen. My wife told him to pound sand.
Now I'm wondering if he was saying the board was fried because he broke the phone apart.

Buyer beware
Went in the store to purchase 4 Lr44 batteries (which were wrapped in a sleeve) and had the actual batteries to show the sales person. He found the batteries I needed and wrapped the batteries for me. When he was done and give me the price and I was totally shocked. The bill was $14.12, they charged me $3.33 for each battery. I told him I had look this battery up on their web site the night before and it was $7.99 for a pack of four. The sales rep gets his phone out and looks it up but claims he didn’t see it so I paid $14.12 and left the store thinking I was looking at the wrong web site. When I got to my car I looked it up on their web page and found the pack of 4 for $7.99 just as I had claimed. I went back in the store and ended up working with a new sales person and told him my story. He looked it up on their web page and found it. He then wrapped the 4 batteries together and presented me with a bill for over $12. When I ask him what happened to the pack of 4 for $7.99 he claimed they were out. I told him the web page showed they were in stock but forget it and give me my money back.
Needless to say I won’t be back.

Actually I've had good experiences with the store in the past. My complaint is with their website. I ordered a battery replacement for my UPS for store pickup and scheduled an appointment to have my phone battery replaced. I entered all my phone information and it gave me available times and I selected the closest one. I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. The store is not close. When I got there, not only did they not have the UPS battery in stock, they didn't have the phone battery in stock either. It would be another week and a half before they could be shipped from another store. Why would the website say the order was ready when it wasn't? Why would it let me schedule a batter replacement time for my phone when the battery wasn't in stock? They really need a better inventory management system integrated with their website.

Heads-Up: Prices are over 200% higher than on Amazon. Batteries Plus charged me $13 with tax for ONE Duracell Lithium CR2 battery. Amazon price is $10.49 for TWO identical Duracell batteries and FREE Prime delivery.

So even if you needed only one, you could buy two off Amazon, get free delivery, throw away one and still save over Batteries Plus price being well over 200% more per battery!

I decided to use their iPad screen repair service and they broke the home button and replaced it with an aftermarket button that has failed three times and I was informed today that if it does again they will not repair it. Perhaps they should just stick to batteries, I am very displeased with this situation and will never use them again for anything!

Bought a car battery 3 months ago. It’s dead. Sandy store said they couldn’t find our purchase. Went to the store in Riverton. They found it. Now the policy is to recharge it and give it back! Horrible policy. It died in 3 months. And the managers at both stores have attitudes. Take your business to a auto parts store instead. I wish I had

$ 175 + tax on a motorcycle battery, still under the warranty, I brought it in to the store so they can check it well I din't give them my phone # when I purchased back on 2020, the Duracell ultra with the store stickers on it, they refuse to warranty the battery, so I had to get a different one. On my credit card I have a record, but that is no good for those people. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!

If I could give this store a negative star review I would! I have purchased several sets of batteries from them in the past, but most recently purchased 2 750CCA batteries for my Excursion in April 2020. I took my truck to my mechanic because the battery light was on in my dashboard. He tested the batteries and the alternator, determining that one of the batteries was bad, as well as my alternator. I took the defective battery to the store, who put it on there handheld tester and said that there was no problem with the battery. I returned to the mechanic with this news and he again tested the battery, with a much larger tester that uses 2 different types of load testing and again the battery failed on the second test. These people DO NOT stand behind their products! Avoid at all costs!!! Will never use them again, as I told the woman when I left the store. She didn't care!!!

Was recently at Batteries and Bulbs to replace my watch battery. Found their employees to be very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this business.

Go to Batteries Plus. The batteries they sell are defective. I bought a brand new battery and they installed when I went to pick it up I noticed the LCD screen was not flush with the bezel. They had tried to remedy it for over a week when I decided to just picked it up because the owner said if any problems bring it back.
After 4 months of use I purchased a brand new iPad mini and had put away the old iPad. Three months later I decided to use my old iPad and went to the drawer where it had been kept and to my astonishment found that the battery had exploded and pushed out and cracked the LCD screen and motherboard.
When I approached Batteries Plus their stance was its past the 6 months warranty and that the battery exploded due to high heat or prolonged connection with charger.
My iPad was properly stored away in a drawer and not connected for 3 months til I decided to go look for it. I am aware that the iPad is old, I’ve had it for at least 10 years but for them to treat me like I don’t know how to take care of it and NOT offer an amicable resolution is unacceptable.

Las baterías que venden están defectuosas. Compré una batería nueva y la instalaron cuando fui a recogerla y noté que la pantalla LCD no estaba alineada con el bisel. Habían intentado remediarlo durante más de una semana cuando decidí simplemente recogerlo porque el propietario dijo que si había algún problema, lo devolví. Después de 4 meses de uso, compré un iPad mini nuevo y guardé el iPad viejo. Tres meses después decidí usar mi viejo iPad y fui al cajón donde lo había guardado y para mi asombro descubrí que la batería había explotado y empujado hacia afuera y agrietado la pantalla LCD y la placa base. Cuando me acerqué a Batteries Plus, su postura era que ya habían pasado los 6 meses de garantía y que la batería explotó debido a altas temperaturas o una conexión prolongada con el cargador. Mi iPad se guardó correctamente en un cajón y no lo conecté durante 3 meses hasta que decidí ir a buscarlo. Soy consciente de que el iPad es antiguo, lo tengo desde hace al menos 10 años pero que me traten como si no supiera cómo cuidarlo y NO ofrecer una solución amistosa es inaceptable.

Stay away from this place. I have dealt with the store in Independence on Noland Rd. I have several watches and bought batteries for all that I took to them. I have bought lifetime warranties on them and they come up with every excuse not to replace. Not in stock, Cant repair this watch,, need to take to a jewelry store for repair.,etc. While attempting to get a battery replaced today. "WE don't have that battery in stock and blamed it on slow shipping" At the same time telling another customer about their repacement policy and the advantage of replacements at no cost. Avoid them like the PLAGUE!

don't ever buy anything from battery plus I bought a battery and returned it and till now it's been close to 2 months never got my money back and everytime I speak with a manager they say they will check or send the check but I never got anything from them

A couple of months ago, I purchased batteries that I considered quite expensive (they cost more than the item into which they were inserted) from Batteries Plus. I was told that they would last up to 5 years. After 2 months, my item was dead. I called the store and explained the situation. The associate said I should bring the item in, they would test the batteries, and we could discuss a return or exchange if they were the problem. When I arrived at the store the next day, the associate told me that only batteries that haven't been opened can be returned or exchanged within the first 14 days of purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one wasn't available. I asked the associate why I was told to bring the item in if this was just a waste of time and energy for both of us. He asked me if I wanted to buy additional batteries and I left. i will never shop here again.

I made an appointment the week before and when I drove 40 minutes to the location. I went in and the clerk told me that they no longer change iPhone batteries at that location due to the labor shortage due to COVID unemployment.
I asked why I wasn't told that they no longer change batteries. He asked when I made the appointment. I said the week before. He said he called some people but must have missed me. He was like oh well.

Bought Marine Batteries that failed with in 60 days. Not covered on Warranty. If voltage falls below a certain amount warranty is void. Batteries were maintained but failed. Lost $240 and would be better off at Walmart.

Batteries are supposed too be warranties for 2 years, they don't honor their warranty at all their service sucks I bought wheelchair batteries for my wheelchair didn't last a year and a half with the batteries here I am I depending on my wheelchair to live and you can't trust the batteries for Battery Plus my batteries are labeled as Duracell batteries add come to find out Duracell says they are not there batteries or something foreign batteries at Battery Plus bought and that has Duracell names on them so they're not warrantied at all don't buy any batteries from Battery Plus

I went to BatteriesPlus in White Plains to get a consult to rebuild my Worx 24V lawnmower battery, which has been discontinued. Two staff members, James and Justin spent over an hour working on the project. The end result was that I had a new battery and saved a lot of money and headache. A great example of dedicated customer service and battery knowledge. Thank you immensely. I will definitely return for my battery needs.

I will not Recommend anybody to buy a vehicle battery the warranty sucks my battery died and I only had 8A so they terminator my warranty And you would have to have 10A for your warranty could be good they denied me From getting A replacement Battery
