Quoting, telephone and delivery service was excellent, however 3 of the foot mounting studs were missing .....probably fell out in transit. Luckily I had some studding and was able to make some new ones up whilst fitting the bath.

Do not use this company, I ordered a 1050 run of bathroom furniture inc vanity unit, toilet unit, sink and toilet together with a separate vanity unit sink & BTW unit and toilet. It was all delivered and when I checked it I am shirt of 2 x vanity units and sinks and a toilet seat. I emailed the company on 30th April asking them to rectify this, today it is the 4th May and I have heard nothing back at all, this is totally unacceptable. I had a plumber booked which I had to cancel due to not having the full order

Advice and information before purchase was excellent and helpful. Purchase process and delivery quick and easy. We had a problem with the condition of our shower enclosure but following a phone call and sending some photos we had a new one delivered within 2 days of notifying them of the problem. Our products are fantastic. Thanks to bathshop staff. Very professional

I ordered two bathroom fixed/rigid 300mm wetroom panels, to go either side of my Dad's disabled shower enclosure. I was firstly sent just the one on 4th March, then the second arrived two days later, but was damaged (strip of glass missing from before it was strengthened in the factory), then the replacement sent was the wrong product (hinged return panels not fixed), then the replacement for that was correct but damaged, then the replacement for that was again the wrong product. Each time I sent photos, emails and the lovely customer service team tried hard to sort it out. The last attempt I included the manager in the email, to ask if he could urgently intervene to contact the courier to ensure checks that the right, undamaged product got to me (while my builders were still remaining in our house). Now (3rd April 2023) I am left with a damaged panel I have had to use, as my builders have moved on to other projects now (and let's face it, the odds of me ever getting the correct panel in working order seem remote!), as well as two wrong panels that bizarrely the company have not collected (lovely, just what I need, now to strain my back, as a widow and a Carer, taking their damaged goods down the tip - cheers). It all beggars belief!
