Charlotte from the Bexleyheath branch…
Charlotte from the Bexleyheath branch designed a new ensuite with shower for us. We were very pleased with her selections and we went with everything that she chose. There was no problem with them storing the bathroom until we were ready for it to be delivered, and it was delivered on time with nothing damaged. We are very pleased with the high quality of the bathroom. The whole team in the shop have been very helpful and friendly. We were so happy, that we went back to order a new cloakroom from them. We ordered during the sale, so we got some good discounts too. Thank you Charlotte and the team.

Our experience of having our bathroom designed with Charlotte was nothing short of amazing! She has deep rooted respect for her customers, who are spending considerable amounts of money to get their dream bathrooms. She completes the work with every minute detail being looked at from the different shades of colours, to the sizes required to get the maximum desired impact. Bathroom refurbishment
We were looking to refurbish our bathroom, oozing at various showroom ( Some of which were unfortunately not too helpful) And we didn't want to purchase the items online .We paid a visit to Bathroom Showroom in Derby where we were greated by Maxine who was so pleasant and helpful, a real pleasure to deal with. We found everything we needed and all great quality products. A big thank you to Andy and his team from City Plumbing ( Part of the same business) were we purchased all the pipe fittings ect to plumb the bathroom in.Highly recommended!

Amazing!
Honestly could not recommend the bathroom showroom and Ellie highly enough! From the second we walked in the doors she was amazing. She understood straight away what vibe we were going for with our bathroom and was so friendly, approachable and listened so carefully to everything we wanted. We told her our budget for the whole project and she said she would work within that budget which she 100% did!
After our initial chat with her, she created our bathroom design and we absolutely loved it! We had a really in depth consultation in which we were able to talk through any changes we wanted to make to the design. I was not worried to discuss any changes with her at all and she helped advise on different things to help us come to a decision. Even after the consultation, I went away and decided there were a few more things I wanted to alter so I emailed these ideas across and she literally understood straight away what I wanted and made the changes on the design.
We were worried about getting a good bathroom fitter but Ellie offered a list of recommend fitters and the ones we chose (JC bathrooms) were absolutely fantastic!
Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful, made from really high quality products and was a really good price and within our budget.
We could not be happier honestly and will be recommending to everyone.

Grosse incompétence et arnaque
Grosse arnaque , commande meuble complet en octobre , reçu 4 mois après mais pas de la bonne couleur .
les tiroirs et coulisses ne sont pas en face , traces de coulures sur peintures et plan de toilette en corian pas collé .il m a fallut tout reprendre car pas de réactivité et le tout pour un paiement d avance de 2900€ .. donc plus de moyen de pression ...... A fuir et incompétence énorme .

Bathroom suite purchase
I recently purchased my whole bathroom set and accessories through bathroom showroom and what a pleasant experience it has been. After having been to 6 other showrooms I could not find what I was looking for and it appears now that I simply wasn’t speaking to the right person because that person was Catherine! Catherine was brilliant, she took my email address and told me she would find something to suit my requirements as I wanted a gloss finish in a particular style/pattern. I actually didn’t think I would hear back from her however she emailed me the next day with a set that ticked all of my boxes and continued to liaise with me on several emails for over a week and no matter how small or trivial my point was Catherine was more than happy to assist. Great service and above all great quality products. Would highly recommend Bathroom Showroom.

The bathroom sales person Angie was very friendly and really helpful and designed a great bathroom for us. She played around with the design until we found one that suited our bathroom space and nothing was too much trouble. The price was reasonable too. Would definitely buy from there again.

Truly disappointing Service
Truly disappointing Service, We came to City plumbing for a professional, efficient service which to this day we have not received. We wanted a stress free experience which unfortunately we didn't get. Issues including currently having a showroom shower head in my bathroom rarther than the one we ordered and the wrong basin and tap being ordered that does not fit our design. Terrible service all they can do if give me a free counter top and I have to pay to replace everything else thats wrong.
I cant stress enough not to use them if your like us and new home buyers looking for help in replacing bathrooms because they have no idea. No knowledge on what they are selling and poor aftercare!
They just blame everyone else for their mistakes, and take no ownership themselves.
Also do not use their design process as its shocking they put the shower in the middle of the room 🙄 if I could attach the pictures I would.

Natalie at the Edinburgh Stenhouse…
Natalie at the Edinburgh Stenhouse branch was fantastic. She spent a lot of time with us planning out the best possible layout for our new bathroom. She listened to our ideas and made some great suggestions we had not thought of. She was happy to make any changes we needed and spent a very long time with us to get things just right. Natalie helped us pick all the items we needed for the bathroom and was able to get great prices for us - she was incredibly nice and helpful and she really helped us get a great high quality bathroom installed. Highly recommend and very appreciative!!
