Great Service!
City Plumbing Brighton provided my new bathroom back in 2022 and I have been very happy with their products. On this occasion, I needed a new sanitary hose head but did not need the entire kit. The experience was made great by Manager Stephan Ritchie who went the extra mile to assist me on my request. Stephan shopped around and managed to find one. It was delivered within two days and I picked it up the next day. Stephan is an asset to the organization. Don't let him go!

Disappointing customer service
Had a great online appointment but was then ignored for three weeks where inconsistently sent follow up emails to please send us the quote for the design. The bathroom showroom would not provide this, or reply to my emails at all during this time. We were genuinely considering a £10k bathroom with them but now taking our business online. Shockingly bad customer service.

Great customer service
We found our planning and choices of bathroom fittings and flooring so much easier having the help of Jenna at the Walthamstow showroom which has a good variety of items on display and we were given several brochures which helped with our choices She gave great advice and helped by showing us our design digitally. We had our delivery made at the date of our choice ready for our plumber to start and the delivery guy was helpful getting the stuff in our garage with us. There was a problem with one of our units but Jemma sorted that very quickly to our satisfaction. We are now very pleased to have our bathroom completed.

I had an exceptionally great experience dealing with Tony Scarlett, the Showroom Sales Manager at Bessemer Road, Cardiff. He assisted us in finding quality products at great prices for our two bathroom renovations.
I initially spoke with Tony over the phone, and he was incredibly helpful. After our conversation, I emailed him my wishlist, and he promptly responded. Thanks to Tony's efficiency and support, we were able to place a very large order within just a few days.
I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Tony. I’m confident that he has a great team at The Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing Supplies on Bessemer Road in Cardiff as well.

Stephan - Brighton Branch
Stephan in the Brighton branch was very helpful. The process was a bit protracted because I made a few design changes and asked for some extras to be added in last minute. Stephan made all of the required changes and alterations as soon as requested. No sighing or eye rolling. He also liaised with my builder regarding delivery timescales and requirements. Would throughly recommend, very professional and friendly.

Ensuite Renovation June 2025
Emma was great throughout the design process. She worked within my budget and was always prompt in dealing with any queries I had.
I wanted to take out a cavity wall at the back of sink and toilet, and Emma created a design which fitted perfectly into the space. On listening to me she selected a shower door which would be easy to clean in comparison to my 25 year old one. And compact toilet which gave us more space.
I managed to get some products in their sale which was a great help, and I appreciated her advice in any quest I had.
Due to pipework clashing with drain in original shower tray we contacted City Plumbing who were great in finding me a suitable replacement promptly.

Visited the Minworth showroom to look for a replacement bathroom. The service we received from Charlotte and Kerrie was fantastic. As a result I returned yesterday and placed my order without the need to look elsewhere. Charlotte has a very lovely personality and is so knowledgeable and took all the stress away. Exceptional service
We received excellent service from The Bathroom Showroom in Brighton. Stephan understood our vision for a new bathroom and swiftly delivered plans. MUST READ - You won't find better than Mia!
This is a much over due review but really important to anyone unsure of what to expect from City Plumbing. Do not hesitate to see Mia...she is unbelievably excellent at her job, she's personable, thoughtful and takes your dream bathroom, puts it together and adds just that little extra something to exceed what you thought you wanted and needed! I had 4 bathrooms that needed updating (no mean feat as 2 have very angled ceilings from Dorma windows) and she put her magic into each one. She really is on this journey with you. Amazing at what she does, can't thank her enough!
Also, all the lads that deliver or are part of the team at Grimsby, you are a joy to do business with.

The one stop shop for bathroom products with excellent customer service
We visited our Norwich branch and not only discovered a huge range of quality products but were amazed by the helpfulness and happy staff in the showroom.
We did not have knowledge of bathroom installation and were concerned about choices. Misha guided us effortlessly through the entire process. From start to finish our experience was smooth, timely and the bathroom showroom staff and delivery drivers are happy helpful and went above and beyond at every interaction. If you want advice from the plumbing to the entire bathroom suite I would thoroughly recommended this company.
