I had a problem with a payment to Creation Finance. The manager at the Anniesland branch sorted it out very quickly and efficiently.

We dealt with Ms. Mia Lord at the Grimsby branch of The Bathroom Showroom and cannot rate her highly enough.
Her efficiency, patience, attention to detail and customer service have all been outstanding throughout.
Mia listened to what we wanted to achieve and, as and when necessary, very subtly used her experience and professionalism to suggest far better alternatives which has resulted in the bathroom we had imagined but had no idea whatsoever how to achieve.
Nothing was too much trouble - Mia has made our bathroom refurbishment straightforward and stress-free.
The quality of all the products we purchased from Bathroom Showroom is excellent, their range of products is extensive and all their prices are competitive. We can without hesitation highly recommend Bathroom Showroom in Grimsby and in particular their Ms. Mia Lord.

Ian at Gillinghams bathroom showroom was extremely helpful. He assisted with design and planning and created images of what my ideas would look like.
Ordering was simple and so was delivery. We were able to pick a delivery day too which was helpful.
Overall, a very good experience and we are very happy with the end result.

We met with Emma at Loanhead this morning. She was very friendly and took time to help us choose the furnishings for our downstairs toilet. Excellent knowledge of the range of options available and offered all the advice that was required and couldn’t speak highly enough of her.

We moved into a house that needed the main bathroom, two ensuites and a shower room replacing. This was a daunting prospect for us but thanks to Darren at City Plumbing, Bicester, it turned out to be a smooth and stress free experience. He was prompt with his designs and was always readily available to talk about any changes that occurred along the way. Darren worked closely with our bathroom fitter throughout the process and ensured that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We are not great fans of having work done in the house, but this was as straight forwarded as it could be.

Kieran Wilson guided us very carefully through our design needs. Advising us which fittings would make the most of our bathroom and WC both of which had very limited space.
The range and choice of bathroom fittings are excellent and of high quality.
Kieran afforded us the time we needed in order to get our bathrooms just right and maximise their potential.

I went to the branch in Altrincham and have mainly dealt with the Showroom staff (Tim Dop and Katie Swindel, who has since left). Both Tim and Katie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much for them to help with or tweak in our bathroom designs. A couple of small issues with the order with dealt with by Tim, who was very responsive and attentive. The prices from the showroom and the adjacent CityPlumbing shop were very competitive, and I was also given discounts whenever possible of was made aware of upcoming promotions and advised to wait to be able to benefit from them.

Overall - I am a happy customer and would go to this company again. Having a local showroom when buying a bathroom was also essential as one can see many of the products in person and get advice on quality from staff and that is invaluable.

Jackie and Marie made the entire process incredibly simple. We scheduled an appointment with Jackie, who guided us through selecting everything we needed for both the main bathroom and the ensuite. She proactively followed up with the company fitting our suite to ensure all design questions were fully resolved, which gave us great peace of mind.

We’re absolutely delighted with everything we ordered!

Marie took care of our financing during a follow-up meeting and smoothly organised our tile order as well. The whole experience was efficient, friendly, and stress-free.

Our Bathroom fitter advised to visit City Plumbing to look at what was available for our refurbishment.
From the moment we walked into the store, Charlene and Nicole were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and in the end they had various tiles and flooring next to our chosen units for colour match. We went on their advice and the result is fantastic.
They really know what they are doing and I can't praise them enough.

Delivered wrong shower tray as part of suite. Refused delivery. Salesman couldn't supply what was ordered, had to go elsewhere, causing delays. Very shockingly bad service!

I attended at 2 branches in December. Firstly, I attended Bridgend Industrial Estate where the lady was extremely helpful. However, I had limited time so couldn't further my enquiry. The following day I attended the Treforest Industrial Estate where the sales member was exceptional. He showed a thorough understanding of the products, listened to what we needed and advised the most suitable products.

Mia was helpful and knowledgeable about bathrooms . She showed patience when choosing a design and making a decision .

I cannot thank Mandy Atenbring enough for her assistance in my bathroom renovation, she went above and beyond to help me get the right deal, she liased with me constantly and her customer service was beyond compare. It was so lovely to deal with someone who genuinely cared about the customer she is a credit to your company and you are fortunate to have her as an employee, I have already recommended a friend to contact her.

Stephan provided a first class service from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and talked us through every aspect of ordering our new bathroom.

From start to finish every aspect of the bathroom has been planned and fitted with care & most of all the process has been stress free. Rebecca your guidance while choosing bathroom furniture, tiles etc. helping us plan out the bathroom design, your knowledge has been so valuable to us.
Dan & Phil, you couldn’t meet a nicer pair of workers, hardworking , pleasant & omg they clean up each night ! Our bathroom is now a showroom bathroom, it’s just perfect !

TERRIBLE customer service - unable to provide a basic quote

Where do I begin… wasted a few hours in the Altrincham showroom designing 2 bathrooms - when all that needed to be done before a quote could be sent over were some ‘tidying up’ which he would do and then send over - to only be told at the end when he asked for our postcode that they will probably have to pass it to another branch to finish because we live in a different post code.

Passed to another branch - but that member of staff emailed me when I chased Altrincham (again they haven’t bothered to reply at this stage just forwarded my mail on to the other branch) to say they had just had emergency surgery and wouldn’t be back till January… emailed me directly from their personal email… absolutely madness that’s allowed by this company… what a terrible way to treat your staff. Let them recover (to note they were only passed my information they didn’t work with me at all).

Attempted to escalate with customer services and messaging the original Altrincham branch as all I wanted was the finished quote.
Was told by ALTRINCHAM it was ‘90% complete’ so just needed a few final touches and it was again PASSED to another more local branch. (Absolute laziness that they didn’t just finish off the job they started again at this point… but think that illustrates how bad this company is).

Rang by another branch to be told Altrincham hadn’t even put any sink or taps never mind any boards or flooring (all of which we went through physically in person in Altincham choosing between different samples). Discussing with this person now that even more of my time would be required to actually finish this quote I gave up. (Granted this person did actually seem nice and helpful - but as she had been given NOTHING to go off she would need a lot more information from me).

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME

It’s 2 small family bathrooms not decking out the ritz, there’s only a few pieces it REALLY shouldn’t have been that complicated.
Presumably run as different franchises so only interested if they are getting commission from it coming directly from their showroom (doesn’t really make sense as surely you do deliveries country wide).
A few hours of my life and unnecessary stress for absolutely nothing - wasn’t even provided ANY of the details. So now have to go elsewhere but hopefully will get a bathroom company that might actually be interested in selling me a bathroom (what a shocking idea!)

You should be embarrassed as a company that you have found this basic ask such an impossible task.

To note we went into Altrincham in October and it’s now nearly December and we have absolutely NOTHING to show for this… except this review and a few emails of you passing the buck. Well done

We talked our requirement through with Stephan who helped us navigate through the pro's and con's of the specifications for the materials required for our new bath and shower. His knowledge help and support also helping us to save on some costs was amazing everything was confirmed on the order we had days to think about and change a few things which was no problem for Stephan and the materials arrived when we asked for them to arrive - everything went completely to plan and we would highly recommend The Bathroom Showroom
