Great Service from City Plumbing at Wishaw especially to Marie Cowie for all her help and patience from planning, helping chose the bathroom suite and all the extras, arranging times, dates etc with the Plumber. For the works to be carried out kn a certain timescale to suit everyone involved. All went to plan and so happy with the finished product. Many Thanks.

From start to finish we had fantastic service.
We worked with Stuart in the Andover Office to create a design and he was always happy (and patient!) to look at different options and permutations.
We did a bathroom and en-suite upgrade and Stuart managed all the ordering, working in partnership with the plumbers and us to make sure everything went seamlessly. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thank you Stuart for great customer service.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, great communication via email and calls prior to showroom appointment. Anita who looked after us from start to finish was very helpful and polite and also very knowledgeable.

I received a great service from Stephan and his colleagues in Brighton for my new bathroom purchase. He took time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the products that I liked and were suitable for the space I had available including matching a radiator for another room to an existing one. Stephan was very knowledgeable about the products and what my choices were - willingly offering his advice and expertise in a friendly and easy manner.
Tristan the delivery driver was also really cheery and helpful when delivering even remembering my dog Stan when we bumped into him in the shop. All in all an excellent and positive experience for something that felt daunting beforehand. Thank you.

I had two in store appointments with Stephan in Brighton who helped me choose all the items required for a full bathroom and WC refit. He listened to the style, layout, and budget that I had in mind and carefully considered these when helping me choose the items I needed. He was happy to take the time to look through multiple options and narrow them down so I was happy with what I chose. He was also happy to answer my clueless plumbing questions! I had to put back the arranged delivery date for the items and this was no issue for City Plumbing to change their delivery date. Great service, I found Stephan to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

We went to the grimsby store just to look at some ideas for a new bathroom, we were greeted by Mia, who from the outset was very friendly and attentive, we arranged a a future time and date for a design, on design day Mia again greeted us and throughout the process she was incredibly professional and friendly and you could see her knowledge and design skills as she worked from the outset, from here it was all plain sailing, we like to get all aspects in place and exactly right, so we often revisit designs ideas materials etc which can be quite taxing on the sales people we deal with but for Mia nothing was too much trouble wether in the store in the phone or by email she maintained her professionalism and friendly manner and was an absolute pleasure to deal with at every turn, I will most certainly out anyone I know her way if looking for a bathroom, the buying experience was so good we really couldn't be happier with it.

We chose The Bathroom Company (Loughborough) for our recent bathroom refit and we’re so pleased we did. Jess (who’s really knowledgeable and super helpful) came to the house to do the initial plans and we then chose our fixtures and fittings in store. Seeing the 3D design was great and enabled us to make changes as necessary. All items were ordered and delivered on time. We chose Stuart Machin Plumbing Services to complete the work, who we can also highly recommend. We have been so pleased with the outcome, the new bathroom looks great.

I was unable to get to City Plumbing’s Bathroom Showroom because of walking difficulties and other health problems. Phoned them and spoke to a very helpful, informative and caring lady named Marie who suggested that she could come to me to discuss my wants and needs for a complete refurbishment of my old dated bathroom. She sent me loads of brochures to look through and came to see me shortly after that. Marie was a godsend and very patient. She described every product in detail and helped me to make a great match with all my brushed brass fixtures and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble for Marie and she had the patience of a saint with me as I had trouble making up my mind with the vast choice of products available. Her knowledge and expertise really allowed my vision of a dream bathroom become a reality. What an asset Marie is and I am so grateful for everything she has helped me with. I was so overwhelmed at the thought of it all but Marie soon gave me the confidence guidance and advice I needed. Thank you so much I appreciate and value you Marie.You're the best!

After visiting the showroom in Chepstow Nicola couldn't have been more professional & supportive in helping me choose & design my new bathroom. She was, brilliant from start to finish advising me in my decisions.
I was going through difficult circumstances at the time but Nicola went the extra mile to ensure everything went to plan.
