I ordered a bath panel 1700 x 550 x…
I ordered a bath panel 1700 x 550 x 15mm. The ordering process was good, delivery was within stated time, and the driver was very helpful. Due to the driver having to park in a difficult area, away from the house and blocking a road, I admittedly didn't check the panel at the time. However, when I went to install the panel, I discovered that the wrong size had been delivered. The height was 540mm as opposed to the 550mm I ordered. Due to time restrictions, I had to go ahead and fit the incorrect panel, making amendments to resolve the problem. This was very disappointing and cost me a lot of time.

The sales department were really helpful in assisting me in selecting the right product and the product itself is very good. After installation, I needed a little aftercare as regards fittings and Kelly in customer services dealt with it for us and nothing seemed too much trouble so was dealt with very promptly. Terrible quality product
I ordered the Grove 1500 combination vanity unit and installed it less than one year ago, Its quality is beyond terrible, almost immediately the decorative surface of the unit around the sink and sides of the unit began splitting and swelling with water ingress, despite the unit being installed in accordance with all available advice and correct sealing and not being exposed to constant water. (Its a sink so there's going to be splashes) Bathroom City did send me a replacement, which the exact same issue happened to. now its been installed for just under a year and it's an absolute mess and completely unserviceable.
Please don't believe the fancy brochures, these are cheap, nasty units made of the cheapest material.
I ordered this combination due to its perfect size for my compact bathroom, now I'll have to spent thousands having a new one installed and all the associated tiling/plastering around the area to be re-instated
Bathroom City eventually stopped replying to my complaint emails. so beware of this making your choice for your bathroom.
