It’s my first time ordering from this website and I’m really disappointed. I received my order today and while the outer mailbox looked fine, the device inside was in very poor condition. The product box was already open, dirty, and unsealed. The sticker and barcode were torn and cut, and the device itself appears used. I’ve contacted customer service and am currently waiting for their reply. Very upsetting experience :(
**Update: After contacting customer service for return instructions, I sent the item to the Freepost address and provided them with the delivery receipt. I received a full refund within 3 working days. Thank you!

Very poor customer service
Purchased a very expensive product.
The product was faulty after a month
Contacted them immediately, this was in April. After 16 emails back and forth they still haven't resolved the issue.
I wouldn't recommend anyone orderi anything from this retailer.

Placed an order back in January(!), and have received no assistance from this company. I think I have been scammed? I am in Canada, and paid the customs/duties, but still never received the package. When I contact DHL, they say to deal with the shipper, and the shipper is saying to deal with DHL. Ultimately, Bath & Unwind has not provided any customer service or assistance.

I have since heard from them, and they provided a refund. It’s unfortunate one has to go to the lengths of posting about poor practices to get customer service, but they did make it right.

I Have an order from them on march 26th, it was written 12-16 working days. time has gone, not received the order yet, i have opened 2 ticket and no answer. ( Order no 6091546

Ordered a bath tray for £26 down from £39 thinking it must be decent quality. It arrived poorly made and broken with small sliding slats that are meant to be fully attached completely come apart.

There return policy is that you can’t return something once the cellophane has been broken so there goes any chance of actually seeing the quality of your product before you get to decide wether to keep it or not. I would avoid these products and company.

I was introduced to the Bramley Hand Cream 250ml whilst attending a meeting in the city. Although expensive, rest assured it is worth the price paid for. I have dry skin and the hand cream absorbs smoothly.

I pre-ordered 3 items and received a promotional discount as well as a complimentary gift.

really pleased with orders so far wished found website sooner. Lots of great brands and timely delivery.

Excellent service

I ordered a LED mask from their website but hadn’t received any confirmation email. Considering it was a $700 order I was a bit worried and sent multiple emails to their customer service but without any answers.
Unfortunately I had to leave a bad review to hear back from them. They were very helpful from then, and my parcel got delivered to NZ within 7 days.
Overall good service, too bad their customer service ignores all emails unless you leave a bad review.

Had a very bad experience with this service, their customer service is impossible to get a hold of and when I did it takes about 3 days for every email to be replied to. I have been waiting for over 7 days for a parcel I paid extra delivery for. When I contacted yodel they were relatively helpful and said they needed more information from the seller and had been trying to get it but it clearly has still not been actioned. It’s incredibly frustrating as their products are not cheap either. Do not recommend. Hopefully my issue is sorted otherwise I will be asking for a full refund.

I have been waiting four days to return a product that was sent in error, I keep messaging, but no reply, all I get is reply message that someone will contact me with two day , still waiting, very unprofessional and disappointing

Your company is one of the few places that stock this item. I had a defibrillator fitted 4 years ago and the gorgeous cream keeps my skin soft and supple over my scar. It also smells amazing.
I bought my original tub in Arran so I was over the moon to find it on line. My order came very quickly and I will order some more when I’ve used it up. Thank you very much
