i went to the store in penn square mall, and the young lady named brittany, helped me and ahe was very rude. we go to bath and body works all time, but we wont go anymore to that store. she was being rude to the other employees and being bossy, like she was a boss. she was getting very unpleasant cause we were taking our time. no business needs someone that acts like that in a store, i would like to see her fired.!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Bath & Body Works candles and their return policy. I purchased 17 candles, and 5 of them stopped burning before they even reached halfway. The wicks are now completely unusable and will not relight, making the candles a total waste of money.
I brought them to my local store hoping to exchange them—not even asking for a refund—but was told they could not be returned because they had been used. How else would I know there was a defect if I didn’t burn them?
I was a huge fan of Bath & Body Works. All of my body washes, lotions, body sprays, and even perfumes were purchased from here to match full sets. I was a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed that.
Because of the poor candle quality and lack of customer support, I no longer shop at Bath & Body Works, and I will be telling my family and friends not to shop here either. For the price, I expected far better quality and service.

This is about the 3rd time since November that I place an order online and I don’t get my order! Today I was charged TWICE yet no order is in the system for me!

I used to be a huge fan I ordered hundreds and hundreds of dollars maybe thousands of dollars worth on line. However..the new mobile app is horrible to navigate through. Why they even changed it is beyond me!!! That old saying if it's not broken don't fix it.. is a true statement. Frustrated I'm not even buying anything in my cart

On line shopping is horrible. You can have an order for 50.00 and it says you qualify for REDUCED shipping of 7.99. That is their normal shipping amount..they also want to add tax to my order when I live in NH where we do not have sales taxes. Limited scents or specials..I never order on line.as well as it does take forever to get your items.

I’ve been using Bath and Body candles for several years. They smell good and burn well. I’m not able to shop in store so have to use the Internet. I have had 0 problems. I place my order, get confirmation and my products arrive. Packed beautifully. Have never received one broken. I feel good when I use this site. I’ve run into some sketchy ones.

The body creme that normally sells for $18.95 was on sale for $4.23. After receiving my order I now know why the big price drop. The products are so watered down that the scent doesn't even last five minutes. Normally when I purchase the same items for $18.95 the scent lasts until the next day. The low price is definitely reflective of the quality.

Change back the scents of cherry blossoms.New scents stinks. Not buying again till it's back.

Warning, the oils plug in cause severe lung issues!
I am angry at myself to buy a product that harm my 2 pommerians. Why in the hell can you people make a product not safe for humans to breath And for our pets lungs. Worst toxins for any one to breath daily even sleeping. Co. Is a Killer!!!!!

Customer service not really helpful and most of the time are rude. I also never receive any coupons for a year now. Customer service says they mail them but they are full of it. Online orders arrive broken, late or items missing. I have spent a load of money on their products but now I will only shop at Victorias Secret. At Vicky's, customer service is polite and helpful, items come carefully packaged, ontime and most of all they are not stingy with the coupons. This company has gone way down. I miss the quality and service when they used to be inside the Express Stores.

They'll take your money without processing your order (theft!) And then when you call to get help with getting the refund because now suddenly those items are sold out and you don't have an order and THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT ALREADY they tell you they can't find the order so just dispute it with your bank. Terrible customer service, terrible company. I will be letting all my loved ones know what a nightmare it is to shop here. So many better options and especially locally-owned. Disgusting people disgusting business - thieves like you will rot for eternity.

I did an order I needed for a gift, the money came out of my account and they are saying there is no order. DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE

I have been a customer for years and a rewards customer for less than that because of trouble setting up for whatever reason. I have been buying the wallflowers for years as well. From time to time. They don't last very long. I just throw them away and get a new one less (The unit itself). This time I decided to take the defective one into the store and they told me there was nothing they could do for me that they only last 6 months! I was quite disappointed because I used a different brand in the past and they always lasted years! She gave me the customer service number. I called them and spoke to someone very difficult to understand. They sounded like it might have been French. Told him my issue. He asked for an order number which I did not have. He pulled up my account and insisted on getting an order number which I told him a second time I did not have. He asked me a third time and I said let me speak to a manager. A "manager" gets on the phone and it sounded like it was the original agent's brother. Again. Very difficult to understand but he basically told me the same thing and it was nothing he could do for me even though he had all my orders up on his screen! I asked why he could not just look at my previous order and he said I had to have the order number! Bad customer service, bad product! No recourse!

Expérience catastrophique. Commande sur le site italien de la marque pour une livraison en France via UPS. Le colis est perdu. UPS ne répond pas et la marque ne répond pas non plus. Un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF a été effectué.
Heureusement j'avais commandé via PayPal pour obtenir le remboursement, ce sera plus simple. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DE COMMANDER SUR CE SITE POUR UNE LIVRAISON EN FRANCE, ATTENTION.

i've been a big fan of Twisted Peppermint body wash until this year. very disappointed. the fragrance is very weak. its not worth using.

This companies products are nice but the Conpany’s respect for consumers is horrific. They grant rewards that are NOT able to be fully utilized.18.95 rewards can never be fully appreciated since the company has a full set of exceptions leaving only a few products that are eligible as rewards. Those items are much less than what they advertise consumers will be able to get once they spend a certain amount of money. It’s deceiving and truly a stain on them

The manager is very rude. She's new at Lakeside Mall. Don't go there. Better off goin to bbw at westgate

Take thousands of orders through the sales and then claim a month later that things are sold out (after putting them back to full price after the sales).
No one can update you on order status and talking to customer service is like trying to talk through a pillow to a munchkin. Can’t understand them and they say wait another week. So poor. Won’t be ordering again.
Do not recommend.

A traumatic event happened and bbw reneged on the refund compensation!
A male driver from bbw's courier company, opened my front door and walked in on me while I was adjusting my sweater!
Long story short, I was told that I would be receiving a full refund. I was assured by 3 customer service agents that it was processed and even got a ticket number as proof.
But after not receiving the email confirmation, a fourth agent told me that the refund was NOT PROCESSED and I would NOT be receiving a refund!!
NO FURTHER COMPENSATION HAS BEEN OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, NOT EVEN THE SHIPPING COSTS!!!!
SHAME ON YOU BBW!!!!!!

UPDATE:
Today(January 28th), bbw's insurance company got back to me with an offer of a "courtesy" gift card!?! BUT I WOULD NEED TO SIGN A RELEASE FORM!!!!
I REFUSED!!!!!!!!!
I HAVEN'T SINCE AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS AGAIN!!!!!!
THEY OBVIOUSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INCIDENT IS SERIOUS ENOUGH TO ADDRESS, BUT
ACCOUNTABILITY SHOULDN'T COME WITH A CATCH!!!!
IF THEY REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, THEY WOULD HAVE OFFERED THE FULL REFUND!!!!!!

I ordered online on December 29th, 2025. December 29th, 2025, 2:33 PM $67.01. I contacted Bath & Body Works, asking when I would receive an order number. They said they never received my order. The money was paid from my M/C. Bath & Body Works took my payment, but they will not ship my order because they claim they never received it. Actually, that is stealing. Very, very sad. Bottom line, I paid for this order that I will never receive. I will never order online again from Bath & Body Works.
