Combined, we have done literally 1000's of gigs all over the country and we know a tonne about bass gear!! We have customers fall over Australia, many of whom have been shopping with us for more than 20 years. We are interested in building long term relationships with our customers, lets face it, playing Bass is a passion that can be all consuming. This was a great experience
This was a great experience. Best online service I’ve ever had. Not that I have had all bad ones in the past😎. The delivery was a bit loose , but only because of an “ off yer tits” type dude at my end ...🤔😳 😂 my bass arrived in perfect condition as was the packaging. Full tracking of the parcel all the way from Melbourne (600ks) away, with regular updates on the progress. I am happy to give a 5 Star rating week done

Friendly and professional. After ordering a part to repair a bass there was a long delivery time. The bass centre stayed in touch and kept me updated. Eventually the correct part turned up!
