Had a terrible experience with Bartlett's Solicitors. Louise Nelson represented me during a difficult period of me buying my ex-partner out of the house. The lack of communication was absolutely shocking. Attention to detail was even worse. Both of which made a difficult experience even more stressful. Multiple errors were made on documents, which caused unnecessary delays. Jenny, Louise's Secretary also emailed the incorrect email address, in which she disclosed my property details. Fast forward nine months and the Land Registry have advised that due to non-compliance and no response via mail from Bartlett's the property is still listed as being jointly owned. Due to this the Land Registry will be closing the application next week. Not impressed at all. Feel absolutely robbed and appalled that this is still ongoing after all this time. Would not recommend.
