I am really disappointed with the service that I had. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes which I needed for the races and a school bag and 1 pair of shoes came which are unsuitable and which I have to pay for postage back.

I have shopped in Barratts lots over the years and this has put me off.

Paid 3.95 for delivery of boots which were poor quality, small size and not as shown in the photo. Now have to pay to return.

I orderd a parcel a week ago, paid £3.99 delivery which is supposed to be 48 hours and still no parcel. I cant find no tracking and the email i got was i have contacted the warehouse! No good to me really. Worst thing is the boots were apart of my daughters birthday present for saturday and now she probably wont have them!

My Birkenstock sandals arrived in a squashed flimsy box inside a plastic envelope. Both sandals had been undone and just left open. I was not impressed and will not be ordering anything else from this firm.

I like to shop with Barratts for my shoes, as I know I have quality, at an affordable price I havn't been dissapointed yet with my purchase, the only time I have been dissapointed is when they havn't had the size I want in a particular shoe, But that must mean they are popular. So in my experience shopping online with barratts is to order early to avoid dissapointment!!!

A simple inexpensive pair of sandals

Quick delivery, great value and wonderful sandals.

I placed an order for shoes which I desperately needed for work...to save on P&P I ordered two pairs of ankle boots for winter and a pair of Ballerina pumps, the boots are ok nothing special but the Pumps I stupidly only tried the right one on which was fine, got rid of the boxes as the recycle van was coming and today found the left one has a fault, poorly made and had a a seam or ridge inside which the right one does not have, and this actually hurts my foot...So they will be going in the bin...Moral of this review try both shoes on before getting rid of the boxes...or don't buy online as you get fobbed off with inferior goods...oh and the shoes I wanted...out of stock!!! Funny that...they weren't when I ordered them

I've ordered three pairs recently in the sale. They came promptly and I am happy with them all. Two pairs of sandals and one pair of flat smart shoes.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the Tuesday and they arrived on the Wednesday morning fantastic service and brilliant quality as well as good value for money.

Lovely shoes especially if like me you have swollen ankles. Nice colours too at a really good price.

This was my first time ordering from Barratts Shoes.
Ordered a pair of ladies boots. Had to telephone regarding not receiving my confirmation email. Eventually I did receive it. The following day I received another email to say that my order had been cancelled. !!! I had to telephone the helpline to find out why. Boots no longer in stock. .....and did I want a refund or to make another purchase?? Refund requested. Was disappointed. Needed the boots for my hols. Today I received another email thanking me for my purchase !!! Don't usually buy online and this has put me off from doing so in the future. I hate complaining but Barratts you did ask for my feedback.
