Excellent service not just in delivery but also helpful friendly conversations to discuss product (grouse), which was superb: tender and succulent.

Top class service, the order was dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged and still cold.
The food we ordered was for a trip away, everyone was in agreement that the food of the highest quality and tasted absolutely fantastic. We ordered pork links, venison links, venison lorne, smoked bacon and some rump steaks. The steaks in particular were outstanding.

My second order, each for two sides of smoked salmon. Excellent products perfectly packed with chill packs. Arrived on time, what more can I ask for? Very happy to have found them to replace the now sadly closed Andy Race smokehouse.

I have ordered a number of times from Barony usually around Christmas for goose breasts as it's cheaper than a whole bird! occasionally through the year I will order for special meals.

I have always enjoyed the quality of the meat, and the smokehouse products are very good especially the smoked goose breast.

The products are well packaged in a polystyrene box and ice packs. It would be nice if there was a more eco friendly option available, but the current method definitely keeps everything fridge cold until you receive the order.

I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone, and I am quite shocked at the other reviews as they definitely do not match my experience.

So, ordered from these guys in July, prior to checking out I realised I'd selected the wrong delivery date, went back, changed it and then checked out. The delivery date was still the original delivery date I selected so I cancelled the order. They partially refunded me. I chased about the rest of my refund, they ignored me, chased again, they asked me what I'd received so I sent them screenshots, they ignored me again, chased again and they sent me a picture (not a screenshot a picture taken from a camera of their screen) showing the PayPal refund which deducted lots of fees. So I'm £9 down because their website doesn't work properly. Nice.

I ordered 2 goose breasts & 2 pieces of Turbot The goose breasts arrived but only one turbot I was charged £47.00 including £10.00 for delivery . I have phoned 12 times and have left messages. And contactacted on facebook. They have not replied

Placed an order for woodcock for Christmas dinner, for delivery on the 23rd December as was allowed on website.

7 in the evening of the 22nd told out of stock now. Seems to be a lack of organisation that delivery issue, I'd imagine it would have had to be already in transit to make it from Scotland to Kent...
