I booked Ballie Ballerson to celebrate my 30th birthday with a group of 12 guests, with another 2 arriving later in the evening which included a VIP table, and while the evening started well, it ended extremely disappointingly. After tripping, I was escorted out and later allowed back in only after being instructed to drink multiple glasses of water to be allowed back inside to my guests. Shortly afterwards I became unwell after drinking so many glasses in quick succession, I informed my friend of this and she walked me to the bathroom but I did not make it in time as all the water had come up and was removed again, at which point all my guests left as they were refusing to let me in, my friend had to gather all my personal belongings and bring it out of the venue. Despite being surrounded by friends and having spent a significant amount on the booking, food, and drinks, the situation was handled poorly and felt disproportionate and when disputing the complaint, the co-director could not stop bringing up the fact that I used AI to draft my complaint, as I had accidentally left a prompt in, the beginning of one of his email responses started off with "Good afternoon Chelsea and whichever AI language model you are using to generate your replies", which is extremely insensitive and unprofessional, especially considering the fact that I had spent an enormous amount of money that evening and was kicked out because the staff told me that I could only get back in if I finished 3 glasses of water. What should have been a memorable milestone ended prematurely, and I was left deeply disappointed with how the matter was managed.

Best anniversary EVER!

The ball pits were admittedly smaller than I anticipated but there were two (at the least that I knew of) so you didn't feel overcrowded. Mind you we went when doors opened at 6pm so I cannot attest to what it gets like later on.

There's good music, vibes and the pizza was to die for. Admittedly I did shell out a little more as it was mine and my partner's 2 year anniversary. We got to sit in the little VIP area which included pizza and a cocktail. As it was Halloween, the staff were amazingly dressed up and our cocktail came in an IV bag, further adding to the vibes.

This is somewhere I would definitely return to - it was so much fun!!

What a great place and friendly staff, and when they say bottomless pizza and Prosecco/cocktails they really do mean it 🍕🥂🥴😂
This was a gift and I wasn’t really looking forward to it but I would definitely go back.

My company held a social here but made an awful mistake and forgot to add some of us to the list. Mahid at reception did everything to help and I still ended up having a good time despite my company's mistakes.

We had the best time! Very busy and lost an expensive ring but so much fun. The bar men were amazing and such a laugh. Great music & atmosphere. Cocktails looked better then they tasted but they had a great rum so no big deal! Will definitely return ❤️

Some friends were recently 'injection spiked' w/e of 17/4/22 - becareful if you go there! Club doesn't seem that interested so the incident has now been referred to the Met. My friends (4 of them) had to go A+E after feeling very ill and now awaiting reports to find out if they have HIV/Hepatitis etc. so please be aware of your surroundings at all times

Trying to get ahold of them for lost items I’d a mission very useless. If someone has lost there phone have the decency’s to answer it or reply to emails and dms

We celebrate our friend 40th Birthday last weekend 11th Of December 2021. It was amazing. We can’t thank enough Vanessa one of the staff who serve us, She very lovely and make sure we got everything we need and make us feel welcome. We defo coming back again. xx

The atmosphere was a tad chaotic so most people were a bit clueless what we had to do. Once the drinks were flowing it was fantastic. We were clearly very drunk when leaving, which is always the sun at bottomless brunch. We did get pizza but had to approach a waitress as we weren’t sure how to get one 😀. The ball pit was hilarious and staff helped to take pictures while there. Amazing!

Cidhalia from the Shoreditch branch is the employee of the year. Made me and my gurls feel really welcome. Her energy was infatuating especially when bringing out the cakes. Loved the experience and Cidhalia definitely made sure that we left satisfied. Will come back again!
