I had such a lovely experience. I needed a cake with only 3 days notice for a custom design and the team was so kind to quickly get back to me and perfectly design the cake according to the reference. Delivery was quick and in perfect condition. Would def order again!

Was extremely excited to try these for my partners birthday which were presented at a table for her 30th birthday in which we all took one piece of the lettering in which I had to review on trustpilot to see whether anybody else had written such a similar review. I can only describe the same experience as Abi whom posted on the 9th June 2023. Possibly a bad batch who knows but the fact that a number of us all stated it tastes stale like and perhaps a bad batch? Mine were bought through Selfridges who no surprise had no interest in resolving the matter.

I contacted Baked by Steph at very short notice to create some custom biscuits for an event, they were amazing. So swift to send over designs and make sure the biscuits were perfect.

They arrived on time and were a big hit with all our speakers, everyone was so excited by them and I saw a lot of posts on LinkedIn featuring the cookies!

Hannah and the team were really professional, answered all my questions quickly, and ensured my biscuits were delivered in just a few days.

The only downside is I didn't order any to try myself (I was told they were delicious).

I have made 3 separate orders, 1 for a birthday and 2 for friends who were going through a hard time. All have been so well received and the recipients loved them. I think Steph and her team go over and above with the beautiful product and the gift wrapping, being able to add in a special sleeve and a note. It really makes the gift more than just the custom biscuit/cookie. I really am so happy with the service received and the email telling me the gift has been dispatched is great too. I ordered a personalised face cookie. Delivered a day late despite my ordering over 3 weeks in advance. Got told that the orders get despatched one day prior to the selected date so of course they don’t arrive in time!! I got offered a 10% discount which you get for writing a review anyway which was a laughable offer. Only after continuously saying I wasn’t happy, I finally got a refund of £3.99 (for a £30+ cookie). I then advised that when the cookie came (late) that the hair colour wasn’t right. In response, my message was read and ignored by Steph herself!! Considering they say on the website ‘if anything isn’t right with your order just let us know and we’ll go out of our way to make it right’ - ignoring a customers concerns isn’t really going out of your way is it… It didn’t look at all like the person I sent images for for reference. Disappointed all around as I had planned on placing several more big orders but I will be looking elsewhere now. Do better, Baked By Steph!

Sugar cookies are the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t mean to be overly critical but the texture was just awful, like when you leave cookies out for too long and they get that soft-stale texture. Flavour was also subpar really needed a pinch of salt. Could be the delivery time impacting freshness but I’ve made sugar cookies myself multiple times and their texture lasts for over a week. Very disappointed in my order. Perhaps this was a bad batch since there are so many other positive reviews but honestly these were awful.

We placed a Valentines order with Baked by Steph and requested Valentines cards to also go into each cookie, the team we’re so helpful and our cookie order received incredible feedback. The cookies tasted amazing, and we loved the cute packaging they were sent out in! Would highly recommend!

I ordered a birthday cake and biscuit of my husband’s face for his birthday. Both products were of the highest quality and the face was spot on/hilarious to give as a gift. He loved them both. I’d definitely use them again!

Fantastic from start to finish. Immediate response to my email panic about whether the order had gone through. A top quality unique product, delivered on time even during postal strikes, and a delicious mystery box of macarons. Would definitely recommend.

These cookies are so wonderful. I ordered a cookie message box for my boyfriends birthday and we were both so over the moon with the cookies. I personally thought it was just so cute and such a unique way to treat someone, it feels so personal. The actual cookies were so delicious. I was apprehensive thinking the cookies would smash on the way or from being posted through the letter box but they didn’t & also I ordered them for a birthday but didn’t give them the person for quite a few days later but they still tasted fresh and tasty. I would 100% recommend these cookies to anyone. Obviously they’re abit more pricey than just standard cookies but it’s completely worth it to see such quality and to also see how much my loved one loved the message and thought of it. 10/10

Always great products. I’m usually on the receiving end of these biscuits (loved the pumpkin spice cookie) but I did place an order for a personalised cookie message for my niece. She loved it especially the marbled letters, all over the gram! Order #25099
