I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Baggy London.

Order #1114: My bag was initially held at customs and then returned to the sender on April 4th. I contacted customer support and clearly requested a refund. Instead, I was told the bag would be reshipped.

However, to this day, nothing has arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was never provided with a new tracking link. At this point, I seriously doubt that a second shipment was ever sent.

What’s even more frustrating is that I was initially promised a refund — and now my messages are being completely ignored.

On top of that, there isn’t even a proper customer service email address available. I’ve had to reach out via TikTok and other social media channels just to get any kind of response, which is honestly unacceptable for a business.

This is not how customers should be treated. There is a clear lack of transparency, reliability, and communication. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

The bag I own is very cute but for a company that are based in London where I’m from, they take long to ship/receive.

First bag I brought was the denim original bag, was shipped out within a couple of working days however it took nearly a whole week for the company to pass my order to Royal Mail for them to receive it.

Placed my second order last week Tuesday for the brown bowler bag, a week later and still no shipment. It’s over Easter period so I understand there aren’t as many working days but from the time my order was placed based on my previous shipment timeframe there was time to ship out my orders order before the bank holidays.

I order from other companies that are based outside of London and receive my orders earlier than this company. I’d expect a company based on London and shipping to a London address to ship and process faster than this.

The bag is perfect. I love it. The problem is that they made me pay 20€ more as I was in the UE… the problem is that when tou buy the bag no one says this is going to happen

I absolutely love this small business. I have bought two bags from Baggy - they are such good quality and so individual. I had an issue with my first order and the owner sorted it out straight away and was so helpful. I have the green ruffle bag and the bowler bag (my fave). They are also very spacious inside. I would highly recommend buying from here!

Ordered a bag for daughters birthday (9th April) on 5th March and paid for standard shipping which was 3-7 business days. No bag by 4th April and no update. Chased the email address on the confirmation email (which is an individual's Gmail address) on 2nd April and no response.
Looks like a clear scam to me.
