Really informative workplace desk assessment. The assessor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and we have been advised on the most appropriate desk set up for the individual in need. The person who came to assess, contacted me 30 min before arriving, he was on time, he was friendly and approachable.

Delivery and Set Up
I ordered a chair with delivery and set up, although the box was very difficult to move, perhaps could do with holes for handling for ease, the delivery was on time.
Set up was completed by a Back Care Solutions engineer with little to no effort. The Back Care Solutions engineer went through all the adjustments with me and set the chair to my needs, great service and i would use again. Very friendly service top marks
