Terrible experience! Very rushed with a rude sonographer who really shouldn’t be working in the sector as she showed no care or compassion. This company is just interested in your money - cheap but certainly not cheerful! Avoid at all costs - pay a bit more and have a nice experience elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I booked a reassurance scan and it was anything but that, i came out more worried than going in. The lady doing the scanning wasnt great at speaking English so im not sure if things were lost in translation but she was talking about bleeding and going to the hospital and resting in a concerned way but not making any sense.
She was checking the baby but not telling us what the result was or reassurance everything was fine.
The pictures were absolutely shocking, not a good picture was taken.
I attended the Bolton clinic and wouldnt return, i have been previously and that was a complete different experience the woman was lovely hence the generous 3*

From walking in the team made me feel comfortable and enjoyed some exciting conversation about my baby.
The lady was so kind and even got us involved in trying to guess the gender.
Great experience highly recommend.

If I could rate zero, I would.
The most unprofessional service I have ever received. When we first got there the lady sat ather desk was too busy texting on her phone to even acknowledge us. The reception is scruffy and dirty. We have been twice now as we had to go back for a re-scan and both times when we have been in the room ready for our scan there has been the previous persons name and scan photos on the screen. When we went yesterday there was the name of the last 5/6 patients listed and one of the names I actually recognised - what a breach of data protection!
When I laid down the scan she left us there in silence for approx 3/4 mins which I’m sure you can imagine, it felt like forever. I eventually asked if there was a problem and the response was ‘I’m really sorry but we have a transcript to follow so I can’t say too much but I am really concerned. My manager will call you tomorrow to discuss and we will refer you to hospital’ and that was it, We were ushered out of the room. It has been over 24hrs since my appt and we haven’t heard a thing. What a complete lack of care and compassion. I took myself to hospital and unfortunately we have suffered a missed miscarriage. We cannot get over the experience we had here and we would never ever reccomend this place.

I booked for an early 9 week scan having already had one at the fertility clinic where I was receiving treatment. We'd already seen a heartbeat but baby was small so we wanted to check growth. It became very apparent early on in the scan that baby hadn't grown and it was hard to even see baby let alone a heartbeat. Credit to the sonographer for trying to get a clear image but the silence said everything and we were referred the following day to the hospital where we had a confirmed missed miscarriage. I know this isnt the clinics fault, but I dont think early scans should be offered without the ability to diagnose as we then had to leave and wait 24hrs before we could find out whether we still had a heartbeat. There was no emotion from the sonographer, we were sent out crying into a room full of people eagerly waiting to see their babies. To make it worse, we were sent the report to show the hospital which was just a screenshot and we were sent by the clinic to the complete wrong unit of the hospital so I had to walk into the maternity unit when in fact we needed the EPU. The whole experience was traumatic and I just dont think its ok to offer these scans unless you can also diagnose a miscarriage, unfortunately not everybody comes away with a baby. I appreciate it must be magical if you get to see what youre expecting but it goes the other way too and a bit of compassion wouldnt go a miss.

I made an appointment for a dating scan for the 16th January, 2 hours before my scan I received a iMessage from the clinic stating my scan has been cancelled but I can travel an hour and half away to another clinic or I could reschedule. I told them that I could not travel to the next available clinic and asked if it is possible for a refund. The clinic said they will arrange one however 24 hours later they have not been back in touch with me to state if it’s been processed. Very unprofessional especially texting from a mobile number and on iMessage, when I contacted the clinics contact number it took me to a o2 answer machine. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Lovely scanning centre, lovely staff and all very clean. I came here for an early gender scan and also a 4d scan. Both amazing experiences. I purchased the heartbeat bear which is a lovely keepsake

Had an early reassurance scan but baby was too small so was kindly re booked in and was made to feel so welcome! Then had a gender scan at 16 weeks and even though baby was being a pain and wouldn’t move 🙈they took the time to find the gender and was overall an amazing experience both times! Would 100% go back and would definitely recommend!

A lovely experience meeting our new little one. So glad we did this to make sure everything was OK before revealing our pregnancy to our family on NYE. Loved that we could take our 18 month old.

4D GENDER SCAN
We had a 4D gender scan and it was such a great experience. We were welcomed on arrival and was given a paper to read to make sure that everything was explained properly. We got some great photos and was able to listen to the heartbeat. They reassured us that baby was happy and healthy. Overall we were really happy with the service we received at baby ultrasound bangor

I went for a 5d bonding scan and they was excellent they was really try get the best pictures and they got good photo

Had my 12 week reassurance scan here and what a lovely experience it was! Very friendly staff and talked me through everything! Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had scans with baby ultrasound clinic we felt happy and comfertable. And everyone was lovely and welcoming
