I really wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I placed my order through Debenhams, and honestly, both companies have been just as disappointing.
I returned items worth £186 and have full proof of postage and tracking confirming they were received. I even have an email from a representative confirming the return and stating that a refund had been processed, but I still haven’t received anything.
I’m now having to chase this through PayPal, which is frustrating and time-consuming.
On top of that, the clothing quality is extremely poor, even worse than Shein. Don’t be misled by the “discounted” prices; the products are not worth it.

Awful product and now I’m struggling to speak to a human to arrange a return and their online returns portal doesn’t work.
I’m getting bot responses from Debenhams customer service email.

I have ordered a jacket via Debenhams. I want to return it however the Azurereturn website does not work to create a return label and you can not contact them.
Dishonest and Poor Quality: Buy Somewhere Else!
If I could give 0* I would. I had never heard of this seller before and only encountered them on secret sales, a website I trusted (not so much any more). I ordered 3 items. 2 came and both were in awful condition. One had holes in the pocket and the other had a large stain. I returned those items via secret sales. The third item never arrived. The seller claimed it was sent with the other items, but I informed them that the two items that came in independent bags at different times. The seller insisted I was wrong but then mysteriously provided a third tracking ID for my order which neither Royal Mail or Evri recognise. Obviously, I don't expect a refund, but they are totally dishonest.
I will be surprised if they respond to this review. If they do, it might be to save face but the damage is already done.

This is a truly shocking company.
I ordered a jumper on the 22nd of December that arrived a second of January. The condition was shocking and truly poor quality sent an email as they’ve received the item but can’t get a refund as they won’t respond three weeks later still no refund having to contact my bank be very careful buying from Debenhams as most of it is concession and struggling to get your money back. Debenhams take no responsibility still fighting it have now finally got my bank involved. Avoid please read reviews this company should be truly reported . Shocking response from them what about people’s money . You can report to
Your bank if you have proof of purchase to get your money back :)

Do not Buy!! Scam
Bought a dress through debenhams, returned it through Azura who offered a partial refund to keep the dress. This was 3 months ago and I have yet to receive a refund. I have chased numerous times and have been ignored. Do not buy from them, they will steal your money!

Misleading photos
Misleading photos, cheap quality, and sizing that makes no sense. Shipping was painfully slow, customer service was unhelpful, and returning the item was a nightmare. Definitely not worth the money—shop elsewhere. I really hope people at this company have a conscience for the customers they fool.

Dodgy company who don’t refund
Bought a top via Debenhams. The top was awful, really poor quality. It was a pain to return the item as the link provided didn’t work for a while. It’s been 2 weeks since I returned my items and am still chasing my refund. Why the hell are Debenhams allowing dodgy companies like this to sell goods on their website? I am not giving up until I get me refund and what I’m entitled to. I have now started emailing Debenhams to chase this up also. Complete joke. Trading Standards is my next port of call

Think twice about using this site
I bought a dress thinking it was Debenhams when it arrived it was poor quality and is near impossible to return when you click on all the relevant sites that Debenham ask you to ..it never opens up the link I have spent days trying to return it and have now started an Ai conversation to get a return label
It will also not offer a refund other than a credit/gift card
They have now replied with the SAME link to return the dress which does not work the link is a waste of time!!!!!!!

I purchased a dress from this company through Debenhams for £56.99 . When the dress arrived it was in Shein bag, so I went onto the Shein site and the exact same dress was £6.99 £50 cheaper.
I always shopped at Debenhams but due to my last 2 experiences I won't shop there again.
Don't use these people they just rip you off and sell unlabelled clothes at extortionate prices.
I returned the dress and sent several emails before my money was returned. NEVER AGAIN

Very poor quality
I ordered a Shacket,it took three weeks to arrive and when it did,there's no label and the quality is very poor.I should have just got one from Temu

DO NOT PURCHASE if you live in the UK. I bought some shirts from Otherwise and I was charged £165 in custom charges by DHL. I spoke to customer service and complained but Otherwise refused to cover the fee. There is not a clear warning of the massive custom costs on their website. I regularly buy products from EU brands without any issues.

Very terrible company
Very terrible company. Ordered their clothes via secret sales. It's 3 weeks and no means to track the order. It only shows that it has been dispatched. Secret sales issued a refund. This is the second time i am ordering. Didnt even know the clothes were from them until i had placed the order. The first time i got a cloth from them, it had no logo and took close to two weeks. Will never buy anything from them again.

I ordered (via Debenhams) a very expensive ring, this was returned to DBZ (Azure fashion Ltd) via special delivery tracked and signed for (received by them on the 29th May) I have still not had a refund - the excuse being given is that I used special delivery and not tracked 48 hours (tracked 48 hours only covers you for £250 -I paid extra for special delivery so as it was insured to the value of the item...please note the postage label they sent me was still the one that was attached to the parcel ). Despite numerous emails I still have no refund and am £1200 out of pocket.
Dreadful company to deal with. For those ordering from the UK don't be fooled by the Azura Fashion UK name - it is actually based in another country!

PLEASE AVOID!!
PLEASE AVOID - I wish I read reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering… please do not make the same mistake I’ve made by ordering from Azura.
I ordered a handbag via clearpay and they took my first payment. I received an email a few days later to advise that the item was out of stock and I would be issued a refund - but the email I received showed a shirt instead of a bag? Firstly they’ve made a mistake on their end and secondly their customer service is appalling.
I emailed Azura and they advised that a refund has been processed but when I contacted Clearpay they said no refund was pending.
On the Debenhams app it’s showing the order as ‘in progress’ so Azura customer service is lying to me! Clearly trying to avoid sending a customer a refund which is an absolute disgrace as it was Azura that cancelled my order!
It’s been more than 2 weeks of constant back and forth.
I won’t stop! Azura do not respond to
this complaint like you’ve responded to every other complaint saying ‘sorry for o your experience’ etc etc
