Overall, the bank leaves a positive impression: reliable, with a wide range of services and reasonable terms for clients. However, there are two significant drawbacks that overshadow the overall experience.
First, the bank’s interface is clearly outdated. Navigating the app and the online banking portal is inconvenient, many functions are hidden in illogical places, and the design feels archaic. In 2024, one would expect a more modern approach to digital services from a major bank.
Second, I must highlight my experience with the manager Ioulia Gribouk. It was, without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant interactions I’ve had with a bank employee in recent years. A lack of professionalism, poor customer service skills, and frankly, an arrogant attitude are what I encountered. I strongly advise against dealing with this manager.
In conclusion, while the bank itself is good, it needs to modernize its interface and reconsider its approach to hiring and training employees like the aforementioned manager.
